The service could definitely use some improvement. I sat in the drive thru for nearly an hour waiting to order my food, only to... find out the wait was that only because the speaker wasn?t working. So each car had to pull forward to the pickup window toplace the order and wait for the order there as well. After patiently waiting I finally make it to the pickup window to order myfood which was a # 5 popcorn shrimp combo which is normally made to order so I have no problem with that after paying for myfood and waiting at the window 10mins later, the cashier says it?s 3 mins for your order due you mind pulling up and I?ll bringit out. Of course I pulled up and waited another 10mins for them to bring my food out only for them to bring me some overcookedshrimp that looked like they were cooked in dirty grease and to top it off after waiting for my food to come out I had to tellthe cashier I never got my drink, which took another 5 mins for them to bring out. Overall all I wasted an hour of my Tuesdayafternoon waiting in a drive thru for food that wasn?t worth it!! I?m giving them 2 stars because one of the cashiers was verypleasant. Read more
The ordering machine is broken at drive through and the incompetent managers cannot come up with a solution. Customers are... having to drive up to drive through windows to make the order then wait there for it... So now the line is long and the wait isover 30 minutes. The machine to take orders broke and just by then people have to wait 30 minutes un drive through. I would think the managers... would come up with a better solution like having people outside taking orders with tablets etc. Lowsy management!!!! I'm writingthis as I'm sitting waiting. If I could give this a place a negative 5 stars I would. First there were 10 employees there yet only one on one of the three ... registers. Service was extremely slow. By the time I got to the register they were out of mash potatoes. I ordered the Box &More which consisted of 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 1 biscuit, small drink and banana cream cake. They were out of bananacream cake so I asked how would you compensate for the lack of. I was informed they do not compensate for missing food. I askedif they could substitute the beignets for the banana cream cake. The cashier didn't even know what beignets were. When I pointedit out on the menu she said we don't have that. I requested the manager and asked how about the substitution she said we don'tsubstitute that's why we don't sell the Box & More. Really so what was she selling me? I ordered spicy chicken tenders...and everyone that came in before me and after me left before me..smh.. they dropped the ball... on me..they dropped it at the wrong time bcuz you know I write reviews so here it is. I ordered 2 tender orders and I got macand cheese and they charged me an extra dollar for whatever reason, I said ok. Then as I mentioned my order took way longer thanusual and they knew it, and where they failed was, not going the old school route and schmoozing me with a something as free asfries or a pie or extra biscuits as a "I'm sorry, Forgive us." At most the cashier was courteous and showed concern. Thebathrooms are closed to customers. The self serve soda machine is closed, they give you your soda. You're not allowed to eatin. Food is Good ???? Based on my experience on 7/6/21. I was greed by the cashier named Arianna, she provided me with a good... customer service I requested the 16 pcs family meal only dark meat without any problems also the manager answered all myquestions about the issue with ordering on their website. The place is really clean from where I see Bathrooms aren't accessibleto the public, No diner in, only curbside, delivery or pick up. I think the business owner or the Management company should readcustomer complaints and improve their business because No customers No business! Good business brings more customers. Note ????Iwent weekday around 1:30 pm it was empty and weekends could be more busy but that should not change it the quality of service.
