I ordered a large epic stuff pizza. I received a medium pizza with no stuffed crust. Very disappointing. The quality here has... gone down significantly. I called and didn't receive any help. I'll raise my score when I call again and hopefully get the righthelp. Read more
Very nasty pizza maker in this place. Touch tge dough , money , boxes and then using his phone with no gloves..... And last but... not least , he got the nerves to tell me that he gave me a large pizza in a xlarge box and that he dont have no more xlargepizza???? But mind u , he charged me for a xlarge...... Ordered for takeout a large with pepperoni. mushrooms and extra cheese. When I got it home it was pepperoni, sausage and ham.... Called the location and after holding for 20 minutes, was told to come back and they would give me the correct pizza. When I gotthere they had a pizza ready but it was a different crust than I had ordered. This after me having to get dressed again andwalking several blocks just to deal with this. Cue the argument where the manager dude tells me it's closing time and that's allhe has, and that I should be grateful because what he's giving me is more expensive. I don't give AF if it's more expensive. Iwant what I ordered. Haven't ordered from this place in years for similar experiences in the past. Thought I'd give it anothershot. MISTAKE. Avoid. Read more
I ordered a pizza online and it never got delivered, And when I try to call customer service it said nobody was available. I'm... still waiting for my refund. Papa Johns are a couple of thieves, I will never ever recommend this place. Dominos is way Betteranyways, atleast they ain't thieves. Read more
CON: I order a large size pizza and received a medium size, see enclosed picture next to a blue ballpoint pen for proof. Be... advised what Papa John's so called "large" it's actually a medium sized. Lona's Pizza across the street at 373E. 204St. told methat comparing it to the American standard average large size pizza, its a medium size not a large size pizza. PRO: Papa John'stopping pieces is much better than Domino's Pizza topping located down the block. Domino's pizza topping is so very tiny andthin, you need a microscope to look for them. Read more
Usually they are good but today they gave me a pizza instead of the wings I had ordered. Now I understand that things happen and... everyone makes mistakes but when I called back to see what went wrong the delivery guy said he will return the wings and takeback the incorrect pizza. I am happy to be getting my wings but I believe it is wrong to give that other customer a pizza thatwe already opened especially during Covid-19. This concerns me about the health and safety of myself and others. It makes me notwant to order from here because what if that is being done to me.
