Why do their prices not MATCH their MENU. I was delivered this menu to my house so I called to order and then everything came up... to 30, because there 7 dollar combos are 10 and not that is expensive but they should match their current prices. Hate to write bad reviews but I have to do. Their food is horrible I won?t order from New China ever, the rice was old and hard,... the sesame chicken was old and the egg roll was full of oil. Thaw whole bag was oily because of the egg roll. Read more
Got delivery of Sesame chicken with white rice and broccoli. My mom had Bean Curd with blackbean sauce and Vegetables. This food... was amazing! The chicken crispy and not drown in sauce. This used to be my favorite Chinos. My regular is Large Egg Foo Young, and order of chicken wings and a cherry Pepsi . Delivery... is always prompt and he comes straight to my door, he always gets a tip. But today I found a piece of metal in my egg foo young. If it was a staple I would've been a little understanding, since they staple all the plates. But it was a rusted rounded pieceof metal with two sharp ends. That I didn't discover until it was scratching the top of my mouth as I was chewing. I'm so lividand hungry. I called and she said to come in and bring my food. She said it was probably a fried onion . I'm telling her thiswas METAL . I showed her a piece of fried onion and a piece of metal . She was pointing to her ears saying we don't wearearrings head. OKAY I didn't say it was an earring . Earrings don't have 2 pointy ends and hopefully earrings don't look rusted.This metal looked like a broken piece of a whisk or some utensils they use. She flung the tissue that had the metal wrappedinside and dumped my whole Tupperware of food out and threw me $10. Mind you my order was $15.25 . I don't know which makes memore mad the fact that I almost died and she didn't care about her customer or the fact that I really love their food and cannever order from there again. This is by far one of the best Chinese restaurants I've eaten at within my area. The food is decent and still warm when it gets... to you. My order had no mistakes. They actually delivered at ten thirty at night even with closing time approaching. Thedelivery time was under an hour. The delivery man is so understanding. I told him I couldn't come outside because of my baby andhe simply stayed on the line and asked for confirmation of my apartment number. He brought me my phone and didn't try to up theprice for a tip like other restaurant employees have done to me in the past. Needless to say, he got a tip and I have found mynew favorite Chinese spot.
