One of the only locations you'll find in the Bronx, this Mo's is located in the food court at the mall at Bay Plaza. I always... like to use the app to order ahead, and by the time I park my car and make my way up there the food is usually ready. The mallitself is located conveniently near several highways, which in my opinion makes this particular location ideal. You can orderahead, pull in on your way home or out, pick the food up, and be on your way in relatively quick fashion. If you are concernedabout parking, don't use the mall parking, but rather the parking lots literally adjacent to the mall. All of those parking lotsare free, but the mall parking lot charges $3 for all-day parking. You can very quickly park by the Applebee's walk across thestreet and be in the mall in three minutes time. Overall high quality food, it's different from Chipotle and Qdoba, which Iappreciate. And my orders are always accurately fields which is extremely nice! I also love the location because there's tons ofother food there, so even if you are in the mood for Mexican, and someone else isn't, there's tons of different optionsliterally in that same food court. This place is great. The staff is super nice, very friendly. The food rocks, highly recommend the salads. Get the double meat... it?s worth it! The burritos are huge. And the nachos with every meal is the icing on the cake. But I really appreciate thestaff, the manager is super cool. Glad to see they survived Covid! Read more
Paid $11.92 for a burrito bowl that looked 3 days old and didn't have enough for a drink. Asked for a cup of water with my food... and she said we dont give away free cups you need to buy a water. Terrible experience, embarrassed me in front of the wholeline. Will never buy food here again. Read more
The food here was good the first couple times I had it. Every time I went to the mall I would get Moe's, but after about the 3rd... time having it my stomach started to hurt and I had to leave the mall early to go home and throw up. I don't know what happenedthis time but I must of gotten food poisoning from here and I don't wanna risk getting it again. Read more
Love the food from the Moe's. The young black male who serves, should be employee of the month. His customer service and really... good, and he knows how to smile at his customers. However, the cashier named Jasmin (I believe), who worked Saturday night,March 18th, 2017, has a complete attitude problem. I wish I had the energy to point it out to her boss. But right now I hope hesees this, remembers us and offers to her some corrective action. Read more
RASIST NEW STAFF! So I work in the mall and eat here about once a week? that?s never going to happen again. They hired some new... females to their staff and the attitudes are so bad that when you try to speak to a manger they pretend they don?t speakEnglish. But when you speak back to them in Spanish their next response is the manager is in a meeting. I also have 2 make ofworkers that both get the same thing but the African-American one is charged more then the Hispanic one! I?ve heard thathappening a lot recently and it?s due to most of the newer staff (less then 6 months on the job). Decent food but not worth thestress that comes with it. Read more
