Please see photos. What I ordered (receipt) and what I received. In what universe does an Orange Juice even remotely look like... a Machiatto or a Diet Coke? Pure laziness and apparently their workers can't read an order ticket properly either. It'sliterally printed out for them what a customer is supposed to get and somehow it still gets messed up. If you're out of an item,you need to contact either the customer directly or inform Uber Eats that an item is unavailable so Uber can then reach out tocustomers and ask if they'd like a substitute. You don't get to decide what a customer gets instead of what they asked forbecause you assume they won't mind an orange juice in lieu of a soda. I'm also missing the main part of the Big Mac combo.Asked for sauces, and not one sauce for the nuggets. Ridiculous. Asked for a cheeseburger and I get a double cheeseburger withabsolutely no ketchup, pickle, onion ect. Just patties, bread and an obscene amount of cheese. The McChicken sandwich wassmothered in mayonnaise. Go here at you're own risk and double check you have all your items before you walk out. Zero reasonthe staff here can't read a simple order ticket. Very poor service. I was informed that I was limited to ordering no more than $25 worth of food. My order took longer than it... should have and was not handled with care. My burger had spilled out the box into the bag, the fries were not salted at all. Theworst service I have ever received. I would rate 0 stars if possible.
