People from Throggs Neck, PLEASE. when you order food from here, make sure you put in a complaint about the weeds and the Rats,... yes the RATS, that have taken over the drive threw, if you haven't noticed all the RAT BAIT BOXES EVERYWHERE, and still, sinceApril, haven't taken care of this problem. Both times we've come here were crowded. The wait timea are more the 15 minutes. The orders were incorrect both times. When I... requested to have them corrected the "manager" turned abruptly and said "WHAT?" To the cashier who was informing her of thesituation. I explained the issue to which she was rolling her eyes and nearly snatched the bag from me, as if I was botheringher. The nerve of people. If you dislike people or speaking to them this is NOT the position for you. Find employment where youdo not engage with others. Does not seem likely we will return here. Read more
Horrible customer service. When I got to food window, had to wait for 10 minutes to find out no butter or syrup for cold... pancakes. When I asked why none, we have none. Then an Asian girl with fake,long eyelashes rolled her eyes at me while I wasasking. She needs to go through customer service training or keep her away window service. Perhaps she should be cleaning thetoilets or washing the floors. Away from the public. But, the gentleman who took my money was quite courteous and even wishedme Happy Mothers Day.
