Be careful when coming to this McDonald's. This is the second time I paid for my meal with a $50 bill and I was shorted $20.... This last time when I went back through the drive through to let the girl know, she just opened up the register and gave me the$20. Didn't even ask me anything. Also the service is horrendous. The nicest workers I have ever met. We are visiting from California and have never gotten this nice of treatment anywhere we?ve... been there. This was the warm welcome we needed! As soon as we stepped foot in, the girl at the cashier walked over to us andwalked us through our whole order at the self order kiosk. She was pleasant throughout the whole transaction and got us the bestdeals possible. After that, an equally pleasant guy walked to our table to deliver our food to our table, he was very nice andmade sure we had everything we needed. If we?re ever in this nook of New York we will be sure to stop here for the excellentservice. Great music as well, give these people a raise! Read more
The girl in long pink hair that takes your order surely don't know how to take customer order. Instead of listening she was... talking to another customer while taking my order through the drive thru. Instead of changing the order from large fries to amedium fries she just took of the fries. Once I went to window 2 and explained to another worker what the girl did it was likeif I was talking to a wall. Bad service! Never coming back to this place. Read more
Placed an order using my mobile app and on my cell my order was correct but on the McDonald's screen it was not. When speaking... to the manager..she was very rude and argumentive. She was loud and said it was my fault, then said it's" HUMAN ERROR"! I Wasinsulted ,embarrassed and felt Humiliated as myself and other Customers waited for their order. Read more
This was around 3am on 9/4/2022. I'm doing an Uber eats order on my scooter and when I come in to get the order, they tell me to... leave my scooter outside. Mind you, the store only had 1 other customer in there and I was only in there for less than 5minutes. Having me put my scooter outside was extra and unnecessary. I was obviously worried about someone swiping it. It wasthe short black lady with the long weave at the cash register. She had a very nasty and unnecessary attitude. If you don't likeyour job, then quit. The younger black lady working the drive thru register was much nicer and pleasant to be around. Read more

Terrible experience. For one they don?t give you good quality when you order drinks. I ordered a slushy as shown in the first... picture and they gave me the slushy half way filled and that is not what I payed for, especially considering that I got theslushy in a medium size and they should fill it to the top of the cup. Likewise this place is very slow, I came in with acomplaint about the slushy and I told one of the workers and he stood there for more than one minute not giving me a full cupslushy, eventually I had to tell another worker. Lastly the Big Mac that I ordered as seen in the photo didn?t come with enoughlettuce and Sauce. Don?t recommend this place, the workers are rude as well. Read more
There's always something somewhere. Ask someone can I order at the register,she said no! And when I get my order they forgot my... cup for drink, no matter how fancy McDonald's want to be costumer service will suck because the people who get hired. AnyMcDonald's in my experience always get something wrong in the order never fail! Work more on training staff.plse Read more
