I was a loyal customer for years. The customer service is great however; whomever the cooks are now have ruined this place. The... slices are limp.. the cheese is CHEAP the meats are PROCESSED. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs; the meatballs weren't meat!They were burnt and the spaghetti was soupy and BLAND; just gross. Lindas graciously gave me a whole $4 credit on a $20 order. Iwas then charged their new $1 delivery fee when I tried to order with them again. GO TO NAPIOLI'S on 3rd! They're worth themoney! LINDA'S, you lost a loyal one. Read more
I just visited the establishment about 30 mins ago I ordered something simple like zepolles and some garlic knots with cheese... and tomato sauce added. I brang my order home one to two block radius and my cheese was stuck to the aluminum foil .Theprofessionals place these types of garlic knots in a tray///I Got One Small Tomato Sauce with my order when I ordered ittogether .All of this to spend the minimum 7$ Read more

You need to improve on your staffs attitude and their communication skills. I know is asking a lot for the Bronx. But a smile... and nice attitude goes a long way. My food was sitting on the back counter for 5 minutes as order were being taken and my foodgetting cold. Prosper work flow highly recommended. Remember to smile. Nope skip this one, it was great when I was growing up but just don't bother with it now. It went from being my first choice in... pizza to having 3 terrible experiences in a row. I am officially done with that spot. This picture is from today where I orderedan extra large bacon and extra cheese I can tell you the size was about a medium and you might not be able to see it but it alsohas no extra cheese. Excellent Food, nice and friendly staff. The pizza is amazing and a great size for a slice..Their spicy wings are amazing it has... a sauce that is delicious but of course they wont tell me what it is. Today SUNDAY 11,2022 at 3:58pm placed an order 1 Beef Patty Xtra Cheese Coco Bread 1 Beef Patty Xtra Ceese Order of Zepplies It... got here at 4:55pm COLD & SOGGY a male picked up the phone & I told him to send the deliver person back to take food back & giveme my money back well he said I'll resend a HOT ORDER waited for 20 mins & NOTHING but 2hrs has past...so I've called 10x heputs me on hold & it's 6:33pm & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...
