I think we all know what we're getting into when you go to a place like this, no offense. It's a quick fix when you need to eat... something and your preferred spot is closed etc. As far as how this particular location, it rates lower because there are somany other better options in the area. First time in NY and this place caught my eye on the way to the work site. Super good food, fresh and fast. Lots of people... waiting and coming in while waiting for our order. We took our food to the site and people say, " OooOoo where's that place thatlooks good!" I didn't get to eat my food on time but the bread didnt get stale or soggy and it was good a couple hours afterordering. I would totally go again! Good food. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. So me and my sister were ordering and we mentioned that we wanted three piece wings each. My sister wanted different pieces of... chicken wings which were a breast, a thigh and a leg and he basically made a whole fuss about it and said she would be chargedmore for that. The server needs to practice some good etiquette. You cant be putting your hands in your mouth and serving at the same time. I... bought some ice cream and i did ask the server for a cover for the ice cream and he took up the cover with the same hand holdingthe money. So the cover and the money were actually kissing.
