It's a quick fix when you need to eat... something and your preferred spot is closed etc. As far as how this particular location, it rates lower because there are somany other better options in the area. First time in NY and this place caught my eye on the way to the work site. Super good food, fresh and fast. Lots of people... waiting and coming in while waiting for our order. We took our food to the site and people say, " OooOoo where's that place thatlooks good!" I didn't get to eat my food on time but the bread didnt get stale or soggy and it was good a couple hours afterordering. I would totally go again! Good food. I had the spicy chicken sandwich.
