Terrible service. Ordered $40 worth of food using GrubHub. They called to say they were outside but when I came down nothing.... When I checked the app it said delivered but no one ever came. When I called the restaurant they took no responsibility andclaimed it was delivered. Food is usually good. Had an oily order before. Today I had tortellini and pizza and it was amazing as expected.
Normally the food is good and the prices are great, but the last time I ordered they completely got it wrong and charged me for... more things than I ordered, called me multiple times (four?!) just to discuss what my order was in the first place, and when Igot the food, the pizza box was left damaged and exposed, and the pizza was sliding out of the box. ordered off ubereats; ordered 2x slices of pepperoni & extra cheese. i received 1 slice extra cheese w/ no pepperoni and another... slice of pepperoni with no extra cheese. real ridiculous when the order was simple as hell. also the wings were humongous,soggy, didn?t taste good at all. unfortunate ???????? Gave them a try not long ago and I must say it's a 3.5. Their calzones are amazing with lots of cheese and a soft outer part.... Yesterday, however, I tried one of their Alfredo pasta and I was pretty underwhelmed. The taste of the sauce was not as good andthe chicken was straight up supermarket pre-made nuggets. Their online ordering system makes it a bit pricey so I guess that'sthat for convenience. Hope they improve with some of their options because I'm pretty sure they can make it better. Read more
