I started this meal plan about 5 weeks ago, and it's been great to reset my diet and improve eating habits. I love receiving... fresh and delicious food everyday early in the morning. I've only had a few issues: needed extra utensils, they missed normaldelivery time twice, and wanted to stop including snacks when I paid for weeks ahead. Ignacio and his team were able to rectifythat and continue to provide excellent customer service! I plan to order as needed. Read more

I have been doing meal plans for over 3 years. I changed company due to my last one closing down and decided to order from Green... Life NYC. From the first day my experience has really been a bad one. They are so unorganized with my orders, with sending mefish when I clearly stated My allergies for seafood, to delivering one to two hours after my requested time leaving food in myporch for over 8 hours I had to throw out my food the whole week. Every day I had to call the office call the driver makingcomplaints. I even asked to speak to a manager and they told me they couldn?t give me that information. Delivered fresh each morning. I have been impressed with the flavors and variety. Einym is responsive via text and even though... they have the menu planned out, they swapped out an item I don?t like when I asked them to without any issue. I have alreadyrecommended this meal delivery service to many friends. It?s very reasonably priced and is satisfying while helping with portioncontrol for healthy mindful eating! Read more

The food is great, but not the best customer service. You?ll be lucky if you?re able to get some one on the phone. With so many... professional food services out there, stay away from this one. They should work on the delivery as well. I had a hard time withthe delivery guy, everyday!!!! Read more

I love the food from greenlife, but this location it?s just not it, the girls that work there are usually pretty rude, they... don?t greet you when you arrive nor smile at you , they do not make you feel welcomed, at least that?s how I felt, ordereusually take longer than usual , I?ve found hair in my food , and some of the smoothies were hot or not enough sugar , I alwaysorder shrimps from them but their shrimps seems to be dirty they do not clean the shrimps pretty well. I live in Florida and every time I go to NYC I GOTTA HAVE THIS COMPANY'S FOOD! Geesh! Just sooo good, healthy, they're very... generous with the amount of food for that price and free delivery, you just can't go wrong! Order their weekly meal plans andyou'll thank me later! Read more

The food is not all that and they are EXTREMELY unprofessional when it comes to delivering food and answering calls or text.... Definitely not worth it especially that they want to bring you the food as early as 8am and they make you go outside to get it.Not only that if you missed their call they won't get back at you till hours later then when they finally want to reach out theytold me I had to go pick up myself when I do not live near them ! I was so disappointed because I have a baby and I live farfrom them mind you I prepaid the food. I asked for a refund for that day which is 21$ and they refused and stated that they havea route to follow, basically blaming me instead of accommodating something for their paying customers. They really do not careunless you are ig famous or a celebrity. Definitely will be spreading the word to tell ppl to spend their money elsewhere werethey will get good customer service. Disgusting do better and hire nicer drivers and treat people with respect if you guys wantto make more customers. Read more

Food is really good and the size is fair (5/5).!!!However, they need to improve their customer?s service. Communicating through... text messages and replying every 20 minutes is very unprofessional. Delivery time can be an issue as well. Maybe giving us theoption to get deliveries 2-3 times a week would make it easier for everyone. Again food is great and the business have a lot ofpotential!
