It's decent but could be cleaner. Service was okay, not exceptional. Very busy. Looked a little understaffed at the time I... visited. There were no condiments on our table. We have to keep looking for our server just to get for napkins, kectup, sugar,etc. Plates and food were served warm, not hot. The server seemed overwhelmed even though the place wasn't quite packed withpatrons. The bathroom wasn't kept up. I would say this place is somewhere to you would come to if you're in the neighborhood,starving, and needed a quick bite before you passed out room hunger. The place is nice. There's a lot of seating. Quite empty. The staff is friendly although the waitress seem a little reserved. ... The coffee was good but some of the food was warm but tasty. Maybe they were short staff. The price is a little higher than I'muse to. The tip was included with the bill which I found strange since there's usually an option to pick the percentage.Overall I recommend this place. Read more
The food was good but I feel they have a limited menu. The service was good but slow due to them needing more staff. They had... one section closed and the wait was long. But if they fix those issues it would be a great place. They also need to get adifferent area for pickup such as uber eats door dash they have no system. Read more
Customer service is terrible here, don't expect much, we wasn't even greeted by hostess or waitress. Ordered a breakfast... sampler, eggs over easy and lemon ricotta crepes. The eggs came out over medium, the creeps were wet and tasteless, the lemonricotta tasted expired, and the orange juice was watered down. Try a different IHOP, or take a ride to Denny's. Edit: we askedfor a refund of the crepes, it was only 4 bucks, but it was the principal of it, not the money, why serve food like that?..whenwe asked the waitress, she asked if we wanted something else, I said no and wanted a refund and she said no she can't do thatand asked if I wanted something else, so we asked for the manager. The manager came 5-10 minutes later refunded the crepes onthe machine, and dropped the check on the table without saying anything, then walked away (I was surprised she was the managertbh). I came to this restaurant with my 10 year old daughter for breakfast around 10am. When we arrived we were told that there was a... 15 to 20 minute wait, we said cool and did a little bit of shopping for about 15 minutes or so. When we got back to therestaurant we were up next, I thought it was great and we were seated. The waitress came in good timing to take our order givingus just enough time to look through the menu and choose our order. She took our orders and about 5 to 10 minutes later wereceived our drinks with a plate of condiments (ketchup, salt, pepper, A1 sauce and sugar) no napkins. My daughter received aniced tea that she said was tart and used all the sugar in it. My daughter asked the waitress for more sugar and then began thewait. As we waited a good hour for food another woman across from us waited the same amount of time for a manager (for her ownpersonal reasons I don't know about). When our food finally came you can see in the pictures I provided my steak had a piece ofpork bacon in it, and my daughter, who ordered sunny side up eggs, received scrambled eggs. And we still had no napkins. Thewaitress took my plate and after about 20 more minutes brought it back and they brought sunny side up eggs for my daughter.Still with no napkins. The manager came to bring my steak and I explained to him that they never even brought us napkins or mydaughter's sugar and after waiting forever... things such as the eggs, turkey bacon and pancakes were cold. He then had thembring the napkins, sugar and an extra order of everything we ordered for free. Truthfully that's the reason they were able tokeep 3 stars instead of 2. I was told the chef was new and still learning so I'm hoping on my next visit they're more organizedand I can raise this rating.
