Thank you Jaysean for a perfect dine in experience. Walked into the restaurant starving. Very grateful to be seated quickly,... the host was very kind. There were no crowds, the restaurant is super clean. Everyone is spaced apart. Felt extremelysafe. Placed my order for a short stack of pancakes, a side. My order arrived extremely quick. Jaysean stopped by the table tocheck to see if I needed anything else, excellent service. If you ever visit this iHop and you want really good service ask forJaysean! We were seated pretty quickly but our table was still dirty and had to wait for them to clean it. We went for happy hour and we... did not get the happy hour menu and had to ask for it. The whole experience started off wrong... But luckily it ended good thus the 3 stars. I was at the gnc so was about 5 minutes... late to my table where my family was already seated. No menus and they were confused and just waiting for the waiter. I was toldby another customer how to scan a code on my phone to see the menu. This was something that should have been handled by thehostess. After waiting 5 minutes for our waitress she still hasn't greeted us I ask who's our waitress. 3 minutes later shegreets us from across the room and let's us know she's coming. She approched our table finally and explained that they wereshort handed so I understood her being that I'm in the cooking field. We ordered and she was wonderful and the food came outfast and was good..I mean it's IHOP mediocre food. My family and I enjoyed it and appreciate the service we got. Read more
Visited ihop on Sunday my fiance wasn't feeling well. And wanted to go so we went. Ok I understand it's covid and all but the... waiters. REALLY HAD YOU WAITING. I hate seeing raw meat in my food and I specifically asked for WELL DONE. Yet my burger wasmedium rare. My fiance orders a breakfast platter her sausages were burnt. I ordered food for my step daughter to go get homethe funny face pancake was messed up. Eggs were ok but the sausages were burnt. We ordered the meal to go. Then our waiter tooka break it took 35 minz for another waiter to ask are we good. When I stated our waiter gave us the bill. We ordered food to gowere just waiting on that. They asked he stated it sat so long I guess he reheated it instead of making it fresh. Read more

With coffee My daughter loves to go to IHOP and she orders the Belgium waffles with egg and cheese every time We eat there for... breakfast, And I had a Big Steak with 2 pancakes with butter pecan syrup and coffee. Simply delicious. The service was so good Igave our waitress a ten dollar($10.00) tip. Two full and happy customers. Read more
The food was good although the winter could have came and checked don us more. He did refill my kids drinks so I left him a nice... tip..my food was on point my son had the burger and he loved it ..it did look good..my daughter had the French toasts she saidit was great. Read more
