Great Service! Maybe not the most energized, but very good.at this Allerton, Bronx location ..but, in South Jackson , Ms, one... of the best ...guy was quicker than a wide receiver, but , 2 months later , ..I hate to say, a heavy set woman, with nothing onthe table, except to be cleaned, ...you had to ask for everything...after coffee...sugar ,cream fork, than knife, then spoon,syrup...it far too long....my niece in a wheel chair, was terribly upset.... My scrambled eggs tasted weird, my boyfriend's bacon sensation barely had any bacon. My daughter asked for her French toast with... no butter, they brought it with butter. We asked for ones without the butter and they brought us the same ones with the butterremoved. Read more
Fountain drink machine I was told is down. But they?re still able to make a certain beverage which requires the fountain drink... machine which seems odd to me. Slow service waited over 45 minutes to be seated while there was only one family of 2 ahead ofus. Read more
Sadly, not as good as expected, the food quality has gone down. Hash browns are a burnt mess, pancakes dont taste the same, they... used to be the best, not even the orange juice tastes the same. On a positive note though, service was excellent ???? Read more
I went to IHOP with my son and it was miserable..!! I ordered chicken fried steak..they serve it with plastic silverware. I... asked for a metal fork the waitress ignored me..! So I asked someone else they found me a fork and knife. Later I asked thewaitress again for the metal silverware and she told me we don?t have even tho I had already been given a set?later I asked forwater which she served with the check as we were ready to leave..I guess they want you to order the $5.00 soda ?.$45.00 for meand my son is ridiculous..!!! This IHOP is really nice. They clean each table gives you choice of silver utensils or plastic. They take your temperature and... information. The staff are polite and ready to clean.The restroom isn't the cleanest,but at least they have it opened. Read more
My omelette was on point. My food was nice and hot, both my dad and myself were very pleased. The staff were very courteous and... very attentive. I had Winston as my server, he was a very pleasant person, I appreciate that he spoke to my dad in Spanish andspoke to me in English. The place has been around for quite sometime, there may be writing from crayons from kids, but that is aparents fault not the establishment, so that to me is cosmetic, my main concern is the food and staff, and all I can say is mydad cannot wait to go back! Sometimes society can be really hard on people and I only hope you continue to get good patrons whocan appreciate and recognize the effort you guys do to accommodate those! Long wait to be seated. We had to split our party, just to be seated after an hour and a half of waiting. Water was requested... as we were seated. Never got that water. Service was good, but wait time was ridiculously long. Read more
