Very disappointing experience today and it's further tainted my possibility of ordering for delivery in the future. I ordered a... lunch special and a drink (I know the prices are a little higher when order is placed on-line) and my direct deliveryinstructions are clear. My office is right on the Grand Concourse, a large building and centrally located. My office number andfloor number all clear. I get a phone call and someone just keeps saying, "outside, outside," when I answered. I ask the caller'where outside are you?' since my delivery is contactless and my order was to be left at my office door. The delivery personjust keeps saying "outside, outside," and then proceeds to hang up. A few minutes passed and then I am assuming it's a managercalling from the restaurant. He proceeds to tell me that the delivery person had a hard time coming in and I reply how so,considering it's a public office building. He had no concrete solution, telling me he would reach out to his delivery person andhung up. I never got my food and no follow up phone call. I requested a refund for my order. Read more

Came to eat a few times every time I come staff is friendly and attentive I really like that some go above and beyond for... customers. Delivery guy is nice too, some of the day they might get busy so telling you wait on downstair and it isunderstandable or giving a nice tip told him to bring upstairs. Yes food might be a little pricy for the portion size howevereverything is really tasty people are just cheap and greedy for the food and the tip for delivery person because they arelocated in this area people think everything should be cheap.
