Amazing place to have a wonderful evening dinner in a relaxed environment reminiscent of the west African culture and offering... others the glimpse or foretaste of the African diversity of food, recipe, drinks and ways of life. If you are truly into tryingout new things and have had a flair for Mexican food you will have a swell time.and probably get stapled to the rich egusi soup,Asaro (yame porridge) ogbono, semo, pounded yam, akpu (fufu), jollof rice, fried rice and efo riro...okay let me stop herelolzz...in summary I enjoyed the food (porridge with dodo and grilled tilapia in gravy) had with Jonny who ate (Pounded yam,and efo riro and turkey). The atmosphere was quit serene and a pleasurable place to hangout. But the edikang-ikong soup served was just like ordinary... vegetable soup. The meal was served without water. You have to buy water, which is also taxed. On the menu a meal cost $18 butby the time the bill arrived it was $18.72, yet there was additional total tax. Read more

2 years ago this restaurant used to have the best food and great customer service, but yesterday I went there and it was... disappointing. 1st of all they seems like they weren't in the mood to serve food. 2nd. The Okra soup had no flavors whatsoever, the fish was tasteless and old. 3rd. The woman mood changed when I didn't put no tip. Wasted an hr drive in the rain and foodwas just nasty, never again. Good place to feel at home if you’re Nigerian. The food looks good… got me some vegetables and pounded yam. Didn’t get... enough red stew but you know… it is what it is ???????????. All in all, I’ll go back and give another meal a try with themto see if I’ll make them a permanent go to for me. Their staffs were nice and welcoming, nice and attractive lounge scenery.Any ways, you might have to visit the place just to draw out your own derivatives of the restaurant. Take care guys????
