Makes me sad ..So today is national coffee day..it's advertised free coffee with purchase. I purchased two bagles bacon egg n... cheese 1 small caramel latte and well the employees apparently we fighting seemed annoyed didn't offer coffee nor answer myrequest... On other occasions I earned my free beverage they tell me when I asked for skim milk they were using reg milk I saidno plz skim their response "what's the difference it's free""" uhhh I earned itby spending money..jeeze Read more

It breaks my heart to give this store a rate of 3 stars. But it?s has came to my attention that one employee thought it was okay... to over charge me on swirls when mind you I come to this location EVERY SINGLE DAY. For crying out loud I live around thecorner. I don?t mind paying a difference but don?t charge me extra one day when the entire month I was getting charge anotheramount. Instead of reasoning with there customer he will argue and speak in his naive language with his employee so I won?tunderstand. Do you know how frustrating and disappointing this is?
