I haven't been here in a while but recently when I went for ice cream, the guy serving me looked clueless and was even drinking... his milk shake while taking my order. Definitely not professional. Why when I asked for a large straw they told me we can not give you a big straw cause you have a small drink!! Where is that... posted in your store policy. It?s not the same DD as before. It?s spacious but the bad side it?s like the refugee for the homeless. If you try to order or... even sit down there is a homeless coming up to you asking for money.
