I ordered food from this place about a month ago and was very unhappy with the way the delivery man treated me. It was on... December 17th which was a snow day. I was sitting at home waiting for the delivery guy to call. When he called me he said thathe was outside of my house which was a blatant lie because I looked outside my window and no one was there. Fine, I get it. Youwant me to be prepared with the money and ready to give it to you and making deliveries on a snow day can be tough.Whatever. After waiting for about five minutes I call him back to ask if he had come yet because I didn't see him. He told mehe was stuck behind a few cars on my block and would BE THERE SOON. He didn't tell me to come out because he was in a trafficjam, he didn't tell me politely that I would need to come out in my PJs in the blistering cold to meet him. He said he'd be infront of my house SOON. So I waited and waited and when I finally got the call from I rushed outside. Unfortunately, there werea few cars behind him that were honking at him and cursing at him but he had the nerve to tell me that I was being slow! As if Iwanted him to be stuck in traffic and get cursed out. Without paying much mind to it, I gave him the money and even added alittle tip for his troubles. But honestly, thinking back I should have just handed the food back to him for treating me lilethat. You NEVER treat your customers like that. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I didn't do anything wrong. Even ifyou're having a bad day and you're getting cursed at, why would you take that out on the customer? Food was okay too but I wasreally disappointed by the attitude I got from the delivery guy that day. I always order from this place because it's close byand the food thwy give is fresh and tasty. Waited over an hour for delivery. Worst service ever. Ended up having to cancel this order as restaurant employee kept telling... me the driver was 10 minutes away. Not worth the wait for mediocre food. Read more
The food really wasnt what i expected. The rice was Salty, and didnt have what i asked for and the chicken wings looked old... and were not so good. French fries were so oily. The egg rolls and lo mein came out good. I saw the reviews and i was happy butdidnt work out for me. Read more
The food is great. The customer service is horrible. When ordering delivery, they will tell you they are outside and show up 15... minutes after they called. When I mentioned that, he says “yeah...I know”. Wouldn’t recommend anything short of just goingto the establishment. The delivery driver has no manners and the company has no standards Read more
Everyone was very kind and resourceful... The food is really delicious and full of flavor that delighted my taste buds.. They... have a wide selection of food that is serve buffet style... The food is purchase by weight and there is a great variety ofoptions, even for those who are veggies or vegan fans! The atmosphere is nice and clean with plenty of room if you want a quickto go or stay... The workers make up for the comfortable setting that will make you return just for the ???? smiles and food! Most polite staff which says a lot if you know what’s out there in these “hoods”. Food is always fresh and hot!
