It's my husband's first time. He read the menu, and asked if any sides came along with an item on the menu (bc there were 3... sizes), and Desire welcomed him with attitude and a side of sarcasm. She needs to NOT be at the front of the restaurant. IALMOST walked out bc of her rudeness. I'm not shocked if others felt the same or just never came back. She belongs in the backif she's not willing to greet customers with proper customer service etiquette. Even if you're having the worst day, you shouldnever project sour or ill attitude while interacting with your customers. If you hate your job so bad, please quit. It'll be awin/win/win. Sorry if this sounds rough, but I'm only be 100% honest based on his experience. Food was good, but not sure ifhe'd go back to experience the customer service again. Read more

Delicious sandwiches! I always order the steak with everything including jalapeños and yellow peppers and always get soo much... meat and veggies, also I love their fries! The staff is always professional and friendly, tables/interior are always clean. Ihonestly don?t know why anyone would order wings at a sandwich shop because the sandwiches are their specialty. After my tripsat Target, I get lunch here and always have a great time with my family, the cost of a large steak sandwich and strawberrylemonade is about $17-18 but I always use the app to get free fries or a drink. The first time I ate at this Charleys Cheesesteak & Wings the food that I had ordered was good. I come back 2 months later... ordered their new old school Philly cheesesteak, old school fries, 10 piece Korean BBQ boneless wings & a strawberry blueberrylemonade. The sandwich taste like it was made in Boston Market (No Flavor), the fries were good but the meat, cheese & onion onit also had no flavor definitely called for Ketchup. They gave me 10 pieces of BBQ boneless wings I didn?t even order. Only thestrawberry blueberry lemonade I ordered was good & the fries. This is my second time coming here. My first time it was fun the wings were amazing the Carolina Gold BBQ was so flavorful, the... mango habanero wasn't very good but the staff was pleasant and the overall experience was good. This time not so much. The wingsI chose was the Carolina Gold again and the sauce was again awesome the wings were dried out and hard. I asked for a cup of icebecause it was 90 degrees in addition to my lemonade (which was too sweet). I was told no because they have a soda machine. Iordered the drink what's the problem. Wings were good. Price ain't to different from wing stop. Didn't have any of their sandwiches. Difference from these and wing... stop is the choice of sauce or rub. Cheese for fries tasted like Velveeta cheese, bacon were bacon bits. Eh. For the price shakeshack cheese and fries are 100 times better and it's not a big price difference. There are a few tables outside in the briskcold wind or scorching hot summer day. There is little to no cover on these. There's free parking. A few stores near by. Acouple of busses near by. Read more
