The older lady working there did an amazing job helping me find what I needed but then started to spout some climate change... conspiracies which was so off putting? I was there for ice cream cake not whatever she seemed to have been trying to push on me.I?m uncomfortable to come to this store again because of this very weird interaction. Read more
Doesn't have too many flavors but the staff is really nice!
We?ve been going to this carvel since as long as I can remember. Ice cream is always fresh and delicious. They have a new... pistachio soft serve which is delicious, you get the pistachio flavor without the nuts. We?ll always go to this Carvel. Read more
Today approximately at 7:20 the Manager herself served me. Such a horrible experience ever especially from a manager I would... expect more from her. Upond ordering I requested for her to add more ice cream and little milk. When i got the shake i told herit was too thin to my liking and I had asked for extra ice cream upond ordering. She then took a straw and put it in mymilkshake and said "look its standing, therfore its thick" absolutely ignoring my request for it to be thicker. I then asked forher name and she said im the store manager, not giving me a name. She seemed overwhelmed, stressed and annoyed to even take careof me [a customer]. I felt uncomfortable as if my presence bothered her and she could care less of what a paying customerwanted. If this is how you guys treat your customers I will no longer return. This is horrible and i will be telling my friendsabout this. We're all loyal customers. Read more
Went to to Carvel the lady failed to ask cone or cup, put my Ice cream on a cup. I asked if she could put a cone on top. Then... charged me 1dollar extra, said says thats been the policy for 3 years and at all ice cream places she has worked before. I havebeen coming here for 16 years, never have I had a problem. Lately they have been rude all though I have to say the young ladywith green eyes does strive for the costumers happiness. The older lady with glasses is nasty.I truly hope the owner reads this.
