This was my go to place. Last several visits I have noticed the food isn't fresh. Look closely at the corn and rice. Corn... muffin was the size of a 1/2 slice of bread ????. Restaurant. Is unkempt. Sides appear to have been sitting outside for a longwhile. Prices have jumped substantially. $13.50 for a 1//2 chicken +2 Sides, lemonade $3. With tax =$17.95. Outrageous. Read more
Chicken nuggets are 10 times smaller than they look on the menu photo. Paid 17$ for 8 micro nuggets, small side of mac&cheese,... and a caramel cake with half of pound of sugar in it... Stayed hungry after my visit. This is my first and probably last timevisiting boston market. Read more
I visit this location often. Ive had a few issue with the food but I continued to patronize. I went yesterday to get some food... for my kids and was served by a young lady that seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Aside from that, some of thefood items looked crusted over as if they?ve been sitting for a while. I ordered two meals and an additional side. I was chargedreg price for the additional side when the menu states an additional side is less when you add it to a meal. While trying to payshe made the hand gesture as if she was rushing me when I was the only one in the store. Customer service is definitely lackinghere. I don?t know if I?ll be back. Read more
We just ordered from this location.... and now we regret it. We ordered a family meal deal and spent over fifty bucks plus a tip... on a meal that was delivered twice, but with items missing. First, we get a phone call from this location asking if we wanted tosubstitute a side item because what we wanted wasn't available. How do you not have items available at 2PM? Finally, we get ourdelivery. It's missing the eight pieces of cornbread and there was a piece od curly hair in the creamy spinach. We end upcalling door dash and then this location. Someone at the location told us "she dropped the order" as if that helps anything.They end up sending the delivery person back with the missing cornbread. Five and not eight pieces of cornbread was sent. Thisentire experience has been a nightmare. Don't order from this location. Read more
I ordered a avocado chicken club with ?NO BACON? and a few other things at around 9:30 on Thursday night the women who took my... order even repeated no bacon I said yes, she said drive up when I did I confirmed with her no bacon on the sandwich she she yeahshe knows. I then paid, when I got home took a shower I go to eat my sandwich and behold there is bacon in the sandwich.
