I've lived in the area for 5 years and this was my first time dining at Bella Note, and WOW!!! I can't believe I did not know of... this beautiful restaurant prior to today. From the outside, it did not look like the restaurant was opened because the windowshave a tint on them. But once you entered, you are absorbed by elegancy and beauty. The decor of the place is elegant, modern,but yet simple. The seating was very comfortable. I ordered the calamari and chicken parmesan and both were FANTASTIC. Besttomato sauce I've had since I studied abroad in Italy and in this neighborhood. You can tell that Benny and his staff put a lotof love into their food and the service provided. Benny, it was a pleasure meeting you today and I will absolutely return.Thank you for being so kind and wonderful to us today. My first impression when walking into this establishment was very beautiful and well kept.The place was not busy, I am sure is... because of the beautiful weather and everyone was either at the beach or enjoy this wonderful weather else where.The waitstaff sat us down, we was greeted properly, the staff was accommodating through out the visit (with child). We was greeted bythe own who was present and very attentive and welcoming. The place had a very good family atmosphere and comfort to it that wasgreat for the area. The food came out fresh and hot.The menu was simple and not overwhelming. I usually use them for catering which is always a great experience. Food is always delicious and delivered on time. I brought... my wife to enjoy some dinner. We were not disappointed. The house bread smell so good you are almost force to order, is a soft and crusty thing layer, full of flavor. The Ginger and... carrot soup was the best I tried before. But the meatball wasn't good at all, or at least no for my taste. Will come back forthe eggplant Parmigiano. Read more
Atmosphere is lovely, portion sizes are reasonable in size but pricey. If you bring your own cake, there is $3 charge per plate.... Service is excellent and timely. We will come again for family gathering. Read more
I wanted to like this more than I did. It's local to where I often stay and has the potential to be a nice neighborhood Italian,... with live music a few evenings a week. Unfortunately the food was just ok. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was prettytasteless and under seasoned. My wife had the linguine with clams and felt the sauce lacked body. Service was ok but I foundmyself asking for parmesan and black pepper as they were not offered and the dish certainly needed them. Would I go back? Yesbut the draw would be the jazz not the food.
