Wanted to try the new chicken sandwich ???? waited a good 30 mins for 3 Sandwichs and 1 order of fry's..??????? They also did... not put pickles on them like advertised and had verry little sauce on the chicken . NOT WORTH THE 30$ 30 MIN WAIT VERRYDISAPPOINTED WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN . . ALLSO NOONE WAS WARING GLOVES MAKING THE SANDWICHES WAS THERE FOR 30 MINS NOT ONCEDID I SEE A EMPLOYEE WASH THEIR HANDS OR PUT GLOVES ON BUT I DID SEE SEVERAL HAD TIME TO BE ON THERE PHONE . Staff is lazy. Every time I come to pick up an order always waiting on the orders. People who order when they get there get... their food faster than people who order ahead. They rarely start the order before you get there and it?s bad for business. I?mgonna start canceling orders if they don?t get it together. Read more
Great experience. Normally wingstops can be hard to order from, but they made it easy. We ordered like 70 wings, 4 sided of... fries, and 6 drinks. Twas a great feast! ???????????? Read more
The food was great. I would give it 5 stars, but the girl with the dark short hair working the register was awful. I work in... customer service myself so I know it gets exhausting after a long day, but to speak to customers so rudely, to me, isridiculous. Her attitude was like we were bothering her with eye rolls and no eye contact. My boyfriend is a very laid backperson and he was offended by her, so that says a lot. If that is the type of customer service they deem as appropriate at thewingstop on Hillside drive in Broken Arrow, then we will definitely not go back. The store manager was lovely when I spoke toher though. All the other staff was also awesome. Read more
Food was good but both of us had to go back and ask for things we ordered that we didn't get. On the plus side, I got to try the... cajun corn for free! Wouldn't pay for it in the future. Read more
I have ordered from here 3 times, and all three orders were wrong. First time they left a whole boneless order out, second time... I was shorted 5 wings out the order, and tonight took the cake, I ordered all drums and got all flats, left the cheese off thefries, they shorted us 3 wings,and the chicken I asked for well done, and it was damn near raw. Today I had an awesome experience at this Wingstop! I was surprisingly shocked because my prior experiences here have sucked.... Today tho, customer service was perfect, my order was taken and prepared exactly how I wanted it to be, and my wait time wasshort. I ALWAYS order all flats well done and today my food was sooooo good! Thank you to the 2 men in there that took my orderand prepared my food (I didn't get their names). I have visited many wingstops but this was by far the worst. My daughter and I walked in to make an order. (3 young men)... employees looked our way and never acknowledged us or took our order, they just smiled and proceeded to ignore us. We left dueto the frustration of not being able to order. This is unacceptable. Customer service was terrible. Read more
