Waited in drive thru for 20 mins then got pulled around and saw I had 2 completely wrong orders so I walked in and they said I... would have to wait before they could get to me so I asked for refund and they told me they couldn?t give a refund. Freshly new store that has good food. The fries were perfect but the hamburgers had a lot of grease still in them. After using... napkins to soak up the grease, the burgers were fine. Read more
It's a very new and clean inside. I do like the fact that it's up the hill from me and I can pop in anytime. I tried one of... their salads and didn't like it. Most of these fast food places make a salad with iceberg lettuce which is bland and nonutritional value. They poured some beans and sauce on top of the lettuce and then gave me packs of sour cream and some chipswith salsa and called it a taco salad. Not a fan! I will try something else next time. I have been to this location twice. I got a salad and it was excellent! However they need to figure out how to speed up the... drive thru. I went yesterday on my lunch break and it took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru. I?m a slow eater so by thetime I got my food I had to scarf it down to get back to work. Read more
The first week of opening store was amazing could get in and out of the drive thru under 3 minutes? now I waited in the drive... thru line consisting of 2 cars for 40 minutes? I cancelled my online order and drive to Steak ?n Shake directly across thestreet where there service is fast and efficient. I have no idea what has happened to that store if there performance justdropped after corporate left or what but I will only be returning to this Wendy?s if there is no cars in the drive thru. I thought this place would be busy but they charge nice restaurant prices. I'm not paying 10$ for a burger and drink. So now... when I drive by and see the drive thru empty I know why. It's not a bad location just prices are not even funny. I can eat at adecent restaurant for 10$ a person not a drive through. A bill for 4 people shouldn't be be 45 dollars for fast food. Day shift manager on duty 12/01/2022 is completely unprofessional. I called to report that my order was incorrect- after the... drive thru person ask us to repeat the order - it was made wrong. My last order 2 days ago - ?picked up by Uber Eats? wasincorrect too. I did not call or complain about that one - but today I had to say something. Manager basically laughed at me andoffered absolutely zero care. She wanted to go on and on about her family and her job. I don?t care about that, just like Idon?t care if she has to open and close the restaurant - with the cost of everything right now - spending almost $10 forbreakfast and for it to be wrong is unacceptable. When I asked for someone else to talk too - she only offered ?I cannot revealanother managers schedule?. I didn?t ask for their schedule - I only wanted to talk to someone else who would not laugh at me. Ihave posted a complaint to corporate - and requested to be contacted. For someone who ?needs? her job, she offers zero customercare. Sounds like she is in the wrong line of work. Someone who complains to the customer about her work definitely should notbe working with customers. After accusing her of laughing - she finally offered to ?take my name? so I could get a refund ormeal replaced. First offer was for me to come back up there for a replacement.
