The food was good and our waitress Tammy (elderly lady) was great however, the man Benny that was helping cook was very... disrespectful. He kept yelling at Tammy in a very disrespectful manner in front of all of the customers more than once and noneof the other workers seemed to care that he was speaking to her that way. Not to mention Tammy was not the only waitress there,but she was the only waitress working the dinner. Tammy was in tears before we left the dinner and that was very disturbing tome. When my daughter called the next morning to make a complaint against Benny she was told this was not the first compliantagainst him for this exact thing and he only does it to Tammy and her complaint would need to be taken to corporate office. Notsure why management is allowing this type of behavior when they are aware of it. Read more
The experience was great until the night cook Benny started bullying and belittling the waitress Tammy. She was one of the... sweetest women I?ve ever met and was the only working helping customers out of the 5 employees in the store during our visit. Itwas disgusting to witness this man speak to her the way he did. He shouldn?t have a job at this establishment treating coworkersthat way. Read more

It wasn't that busy this last time, but it was freezing cold inside! Maybe that's why the cook didn't get the order correct...?... Lol After our food was corrected, it was really good! I was a bit concerned by the condensation from the ac vent, dripping onthe counter, right by a gentleman's plate.???? The waitress merely put a towel down by his plate, because she "didn't want anyof that nasty water dripping in his food."???? So glad I spotted this location, while we were out running around Saturday! It'shard to find a decent place to eat, late at night. (That's just been our experience each time we've waited til we were headinghome late, to grab a bite. Our waitress was excellent, very nice and polite! The place was clean and the people seemed genuinelyhappy to be there. That's much appreciated after a long day, and you're not looking for something to merely soak up a bunch ofalcohol! Waffle House Index as a measurement of the impact of natural disasters. (Google it, super interesting.) We enjoyed ourexperience. You know what you are getting when you go to Waffle house. Fast, friendly service and straight forward menu. Nothing fancy but... they do it well. Staff at this location is always so nice. I only wish seating was more comfortable but maybe I should just losesome weight. Read more
