Took over 10 minutes to get 2 corn dogs and an order of cheddar peppers. There were no other cars on the side I was on and when... I got my order and started to leave there were no cars in the drive thru or in the stalls on the other side. The screens weremessed up. When I first pulled into one of them the screen was blank so I moved to a different one. When I tried to pay with mycard it messed up and the board had random numbers on it then it said the payment was successful but never gave me anopportunity to tip the carhop. I had no cash so I felt awful and the carhop was very nice and apologetic for the wait. I wishthey never would?ve added the drive thru. That?s just my opinion. Read more

This place absolutely SUCKS!!! Ordered on the app. Took 30+ minutes after we got there and when they did come, they only brought... our drinks. Had to wait about 10 more minutes for only part of our food then finally came around to the drive thru to get therest, which took about 20+ more minutes. Don't waste your time folks, go somewhere else.....just awful! Read more

I went to this Sonic this morning on my way to work. It was just when they opened, but their lights were on and everything. I... ordered a drink, just a drink on the mobile app and went through the drive-thru. The lady that answered the speaker was so putout that I had the gall to order something from there at that time. She was rude. This isn't the first time that has happened atthat particular Sonic. I will NEVER go back. I will go out of my way to another Sonic that is always friendly and nice. If thatSonic gets annoyed when customers show up around 6:00 in the morning, maybe they need to change their hours to later. Read more

We ordered on the app? pulled up and the screen said they were on their way. We started talking and lost track of time. At least... 10 minutes later my husband called and they said only the drive thru was open. He explained that we?d ordered online and shesaid ?Oh, we?ll be right out!? What?! She told us, ?Sorry we?re short staffed.? Our first clue should have been all the lightsout. Read more

Ordered a foot long cheese Coney... Received chili cheese fries. Not even close. Both dishes are served in the same long... container. I just put in passenger seat, found out when I got home I did not get what I ordered! I did not eat them, don't likethem. Not happy! Read more

FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! I deliver for Uber Eats and I just waited in the hot sun for 30 min for an order that was supposed... to be ready. The instructions were to go inside and yet it was locked. When I went through the drive thru, I was told theirinternet was down and they have not been able to receive online orders. I was instructed to park in a stall and push the redbutton. I waited for about 10 min until a woman responded and I was told I had to read off the entire order from my phone sothey could make it...which then took another 20 min. I asked the man who brought out my order for coupons on behalf of thecustomer, who was told her order was ready for me to pick up and instead had to wait almost 45 min. His reply- "We don't docoupons." I will never take orders from this Sonic again and I would suggest not ordering from here online either. Read more

The board said our food was being carried out to the car, but it didn?t come. We seen the server delivering bags of food and... drinks to other cars that arrived after we had ordered and paid. The server had took our food to the wrong vehicle. Our foodwas cold, our milkshake was melted. Our meal was terrible. Then the server tried to charge us again! Read more

I have had several negative experiences with this Sonic, but today topped them all! Using the app, I ordered ahead. 4 burgers,... 2 tots, 1 onion ring and 4 drinks. I placed the order at 6pm. I arrived at the Sonic at 6:04 and entered the stall #14 into theapp. We waited in the stall for 36 minutes. At which time I pressed the button and told them, "We have been waiting on ourfood for 30 minutes." The person apologized and our food was brought out. 2 of the drinks were supposed to be coke zero+vanilla and cherry. All of the drinks were red? So I tasted them, unfortunately the soda machine had run out and no one hadfixed it. It happens, not a big deal. I push the button and explain the situation. They say they will be right out. 15minutes, still no drinks. I push the button again, and out comes the manager. Yelling at the top of her lungs, that they havetwo employees in training, she is cooking and she does not have time for silly issues like this. She proceeded to stand thereand attempt to argue with us. At which point I very directly said, "I did not come to Sonic to argue with you. All I need isfor someone to go inside and make a coke zero. I am not even asking you to fix the other 3 drinks that are wrong. My familywill just drink what we have at home, but one of us can not have sugar. So I just need one coke zero." The manager proceeds tostomp off, now screaming at her employees on her way inside. I have worked in the service industry for many years and NEVERhave I EVER seen a manager speak to a customer or thier employees in the way she was speaking. To top the whole thing off whenwe got home all the food was cold, the tots were still frozen and the onion rings were burnt.???? I only got pictures of theonion rings because we tossed the drinks in the trashcan at theSonic but, I wish I would have gotten pictures of them as well. Horrible experience.
