The food was amazing but the poor gentlemen working tonight were sweating their butts off! There was no air conditioning, one... bathroom was broken and the other had no toilet paper. You could tell they were working so hard and this is a failure at acorporate level and it?s disgusting that they treat their employees this way. They deserve better! Read more

So I ordered the turf n surf since it was advertised a lot on their website (and store) when I got there to pick my order up it... wasn't ready, the lady who was preparing it said they didn't have steak so I told her to sub chicken (even though I had alreadypaid online and paid the steak was more than the chicken but I didn't make a big deal out of that) then she asked if i stillwanted the shrimp and I said yes, then she tells me they are out of shrimp as well. So I end up getting just a chicken bowl whenI had already paid for the surf and turf and it was not the same price. There was no manager there to speak with the lady wasvery nice but she was also new (she mentioned that she was still learning the place) I know it wasn't her fault and I could seethat she was stressed out since by that time there were more people waiting in line and it seemed that she was alone. So Ididn't want to make her nite more stressful so I just took the meal and left. Couldn't find a number or any where to contactsomeone if there was an issue with an order, nowhere in the receipt (except for store number but what good was that going to dosince the lady who put my order together was the only one there at that moment). So needless to say but it was my 1st timetrying them out and sadly to say it was also my last one. And again, the employee who helped me was nice and trying to do thebest she could but whomever is managing that place (if there is a management team at all) needs to do a better job.
