I ordered a drive thru order 15 min before we arrived and the woman at the window was rude and said they don't have an order... with that name. I showed her my phone order and she said, "hold on" and closed the window. She came back and told us it justprinted and to pull up and wait and told us she didn't know how long it would be. A different woman brought out our food andwhen my husband asked for sauce she turned with an attitude to go get it. She came back, didn't say anything, handed him thesauce and walked off. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender. Got a 3 piece classic instead. Now I'm stuck at work with something I paid for but don't want... because they got my order wrong after I waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Not happy! Read more

Consistently bad! Very rarely get good fresh food at this location. I stopped in last week and my tenders and red beans were... both old and barely warm. Tried again this week since I still had the craving and got bone in, chicken was a little better,ordered red beans and rice and got cold mushy fries. This Popeyes is very inconsistent. Some times the food is good while other time not so good. Today at 1pm I picked up a 5 piece... meal. The sides were good but the chicken was very dry. How does that happen? Service was good. Read more

Service is very good currently. Pretty fast drive thru at 5:30. We love us some Popeyes. I lived in New Orleans 35 yrs+2yrs in... Baton Rouge. I was there when Al Copeland opened his first Popeyes. The franchise has stayed true to the original chicken,biscuits, mashed potatoes and slaw. Read more

Went through the drive through today at just after 4pm, there was a girl with red hair who was extremely rude. When we got home... and checked our food, our order was entirely messed up while order was cold besides the mashed potatoes, our dipping sauce wasmissing, the Mac n cheese had a weird substance on it, and the chicken in the order had the incorrect pieces. We came back andthey replaced the order, but the manager did not even apologize and the customer service was very lackluster. Read more

Wouldn't recommend this Popeyes. The food isn't bed but not the greatest. The wait is extremely long and the two times I've been... here they've had technical issues. I don't think they purposely make this place a bad experience. I feel like they need torelocate the property for better customer satisfaction and worker experience. Read more
