Really need to pay attention on what food or drink you?re putting out. My wife and I came through the drive thru and ordered a... sweet tea for me and regular mc chicken. She was given a spicy mc chicken in a regular mc chicken wrapper. And I was givenunsweet. Idk if you guys don?t mix the sugar in the tea anymore or you?re just not paying attention and poured the wrong one.Pay attention next time. Read more
I would give them negative stars if I could, because when you say ALLERGY you SHOULDNT ADD THAT ITEM!! My #7 no onions burgers... were both smothered in them, including coating the inner wrapper and bun. This has happened on multiple occasions from this samelocation, absolutely ridiculous. The fries were also requested to be well done, which they were warm and soggy which is not whatwe thought we waited an extra 5 minutes for in the drive thru space. They've lost customers as we'll be telling everyone we knowto avoid this location if they favor their life. Read more
Went to 3 different McDonald's which we don't go to very often, and the 1st gave us someone else's order, which my husband found... out that he liked their chicken sandwiches....but missing to Happy meals doesn't make the 2 young ones so happy. The 2nd placethe line was way too long 3pm back on the freeway - pass...the 3rd, we Re-purchased 2 happy meals.. Fast food and regularrestaurants around here are coping with worker shortages and training issues. Fast service doesn't mean better if what youordered isn't right. Read more
very rude manager. didn?t catch his name unfortunately, i know they were super busy. he was hispanic, maybe late 20?s early... 30?s. i guess there was a problem with their spinning rod for the mcflurrys and when i expressed my concerns about thepresentation of my food, he walked off saying ?i don?t have time for this?. just some food for thought, even if the customer iswrong, you should try and make each conversation and experience meaningful. maybe explaining it to me in a peaceful mannerwould?ve made a huge difference. the girl at the window was okay and tried to help as much as she could. but overall, a badexperience.
