Went this weekend for date night. The 3 employees working were great, provided great service. The reason I?m giving 1 star is... for the owner. We paid with a card and gave a tip on the card machine, we were informed afterwards that tips on the card machinego straight to the owner!! Absolutely ridiculous. No owner should be taking tips. UPDATE: The team was really understanding and compensated me for the poor experience. I appreciated how attentive they were in... making sure I had a good experience. As usual, it was delicious! I love marble slab but I was given a slop of ice cream anddidn?t even have my cone 1 minute before it was dripping everywhere. If a certain flavor is unfrozen, don?t serve it. I?d ratherhave a good heap worth the $8 than something melted that I don?t even really get to enjoy. Read more
Customer service is awful, one girl in particular is very rude (wish I had her name.) We got shakes and they tasted like milk.... One shake we ordered should have had mix ins, but there was nothing. Unfortunately, it is too expensive to come back to keepgetting talked down to and sweetened milk. Read more
The ice cream here is decent but the service is terrible. I visited this location almost a month ago and it was not a pleasant... experience. The ice cream was terrible. It tasted like it melted and went back to frozen , the service was average though. Itried again today. I want to give them a second chance and also I love to support businesses in our community. The experiencewas worst. The girl who was mixing my toppings started arguing with me when I told her I didn?t order that topping. Mydaughter had similar bad experience when she asked to taste a flavor the girl was uncomfortable with her request up to the pointthat she kept asking?what do you want??. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because my husband was served properly. I guess thegirls who were mixing our orders had personal issues that?s what I want to believe instead that they had issues because of ourrace. Convenient location, and the employees were really welcoming. Great flavor selection, and what we all had was very good. They... had pretty small cups which were perfect for our little one. It was pretty busy when we went by, but I can see why. It was ahot day so we weren't the only ones with that idea! We'll definitely swing by again if we're in the area again soon. Read more

Really tasty ice cream and you can choose all types of toppings that they mix into the ice cream. They have bowls/cups, waffle... cones, and waffle bowls. I chose the chocolate dipped waffle bowl, dark chocolate ice cream, homemade vanilla ice cream, minichocolate chips, strawberries, Reese's Pieces, and chopped peanuts. The staff are friendly, they have little tables for thekids, and they also have ice cream cakes. Their prices are a bit steep, but it's a good dessert night out for the family. Read more
Updating from 3?>5 stars: went in last weekend with my family (about 13 of us) and service was MUCH more customer service... friendly than the first two times. The workers seemed to take ownership, were faster and their demeanor was generally morecheery/positive. Ill admit, I was skeptical at the review response from the owner, but they told the truth and things werevastly different. Congrats and keep up the great work. ??????????- Old: Recommend bringing a good book to read, sweater to knit,or tree to plant as you wait for someone to greet you, take your order, serve you and take your money?.. pretty sure I grew afull beard waiting for my ice cream.
