Reviews for Main Street Tavern in Broken Arrow, OK
Stopped by the Main Street Tavern for drinks and a bite to eat. The restaurant was lively with seating on the inside and... outside. The menu offered various options from appetizers to the main course. On this visit I tried the Raspberry Walnut ChickenSalad and it was delightful! I also had the Boulevard Wheat beer and I was happy with my selection. I will definitely stop byand try other dishes. Read more
Went here for dinner the other night and it was fantastic! They had a lot of beer on tap including Sam Adams Oktoberfest. I got... the Big Frank burger and it was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crisp and salty just the way I like. The Bartender was verynice and helpful with selecting my drink. The food came out fast and efficient as well. Would recommend for anyone looking for acasual pub experience in the Rose District of BA. Read more
Thank you, but this one was a no for us. Nice place ...friendly staff...not a fan of the food except the fries. The fries were... the best thing we ate. The wings had too much fat and were like the kind you would get at a fast food pizza joint. The pretzelwas very soggy in texture and tasted like it was drowned in water. The fish reminded me of freezer burned fish sticks from thelocal grocery store. The tartar sauce tasted like mayonnaise with no tartar or dill in it. The fries were crisp, fresh, andtasted of salty goodness. Read more
Good, not great. Beer battered mozzarella was pretty excellent. Fries were very good?crispy and flavorful. Burgers were big and... flavorful but dry. Service was quick and accurate. Prices were decent?actually lower than I expected. Loved the building andvibe. Read more
Great meatloaf! Garlic mashed potatoes and I opted for the grilled vegetables! This is my main lunch venue in downtown... BA! Great service adds to the atmosphere! Add the artichoke dip with pita bread and you absolutely have a 5-star lunchawaiting you! Great job MST! Read more
My wife and I visited on a Sunday around 4pm or so. It wasn't very busy inside but they were sort of busy on the patio. We opted... to sit inside. We both noticed it was pretty noisy, mostly the tv, so if you are looking for a quiet place to eat I would avoidMain Street Tavern. Shortly after picking a table our waitress came over a few minutes later and got our drink order. We choseour entrees and placed the order shortly after getting our drinks. I ordered the ribeye, substituted the mash potatoes for adinner salad, and their seasonal vegetables. My wife got the herb crusted Mahi Mahi , risotto, and seasonal vegetables. Thewaitress gave the option to get my salad before or with the meal, I opted to get it before. Not long after ordering I had mysalad. The salad itself was good sized and fresh. We felt the main entrées took a bit come out, especially since it didn'tappear to be too busy, but not long enough to Starr questioning if there was a problem. Literally a few minutes later aftercommenting to one and another our food arrived. Our plates were visually pleasing to the eyes, but a few things feel short. Mysteak was ordered medium rare but more on the medium side. If had much more done I would've requested then to cook another. Theflavor was good but the steak wasn't as tender as I was hoping for. The green beans were good. My wife's Mahi Mahi tasted greatand it was a generous portion. Unfortunately, the risotto was overcooked and the texture was mush. We requested a differentside since the risotto wasn't cooked properly. She opted for the cheese grits, which were much much better. Overall, the mealwas decent but nothing very special about it that would bring us back. According to Google maps my last visit was 7 years agoand I jokingly said to my wife that it'll likely be another 7 years before I return. Read more
We?ve been here a few times and have always had a good experience with the food, but the service sucks. Servers aren't friendly... and the hostess with the red hair isn't very welcoming at all. Enjoyed my Southwest Benedict and a mimosa for brunch. We came ona Sunday morning and were seated right away. Food came out fast. We were hoping to make this a regular spot for us because welive so close, but the service has never been great the three times we've been in unfortunately. Read more
So the service was spectacular. The food was terrible. I had wings and they were so over cooked and dry it wasn't funny. The... sauce was fantastic though. They received a 2 star purely off the sauce and service. Food was 0 stars. Mac and cheese and meatloaf was all dry. Read more
