ATTENTION!!!! Do not eat at this restaurant location. I?m warning you!! I witnessed an employee walk straight in from the... streets to the kitchen. He went straight to processing the pizza dough without washing his hands. I called the health departmentto report the event the next day because they were already closed When it happened. I asked for a refund immediately after I sawwhat he did. They were stalling with my refund and taking forever with my money. After about 7 minutes they asked me to waitbehind 7 other customers to get the money back. Supposedly because they needed to call the district manager in another state.After talking to the manager about the incident the next day she called me a liar by saying he washed his hand is anothersink!!???????? I AM TELLING YOU!!! HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!! I was watching him the whole time. I?m a firm believer in Godand I don?t just wake up thinking about lies I can tell on pizza restaurants, plus I just spent about 50.00 of my hard earnedmoney for their food. I was Not expecting to see what was seen. I have no reason to lie!!! Please Understand? If they willcover up something like that just think what else they will hide!!! ???? ???????? Been door dashing for 3 years and never was able to pick up an order here on time. They are ALWAYS 20-30 minutes behind. It... doesn't matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is. And no one here acts like they care about their customerswhatsoever. Read more
We ordered through the app and still waiting once we arrived for over cooked pizza and wings.
This location is no longer safe to order from. Found a fingernail in my pizza. Could not get them on the phone. Corporate has... had more than 48 hours with no response. Its obvious this was torn off from the person who lost it. Will not be using thislocation again and likely will not be using any of thier locations. Expect a visit from Tulsa county health board. We needed 10 pizzas for a party. We liked that we could order them online and schedule a pickup time. We also liked that it... was very affordable. The pizza were ready when we arrived. The worst part was that the pizzas were cut very inconsistently. Some pieces were large and some were tiny which makes it difficult when trying to give kids the same size piece. Read more
