The cashier charged my card three times today for no reason it would seem. Two of these times were for 1¢ each. These last two... purchases were entirely unnecessary and didn?t not get refunded the full 2¢. Not a large amount but given the principle of thematter it?s wrong. Read more
their air machine has been broke for months they do NOT care if people are late to work to air up tires by wasting time to come... to a broken air machine this is why quiktrip has taken over and kum n go is going down the drain! quiktrip cares just go thereinstead they at least make sure the air machine works everyday not to mention wayyyy better customer service! This is my new favorite Kum&Go ever since the one on 71st and Garnett became overrun with employees who are unnecessarily rude... to costomers. Added bonus is this Kum&go has it all. Everything you could want from fresh hot pizza and incredibly deliciousmelt in your mouth cookies to make it your way ice cream shakes and a super friendly helpful staff. There's the more that the &in Kum&go stands for. These people seem appreciative of the fact that we choose to spend our money here as opposed to any otherconveince stop as they are literally on every corner. Read more
went to buy gas clerk would not start pump. reset pump and tried again still no gas, I wait and reset and tried again one of the... clerks stepped outside looked at me then went back inside and still would not start the pump. I moved to another pump no problemstarted right away. When i went inside to pay I asked the clerk about it and he acted like he had no clue about what was goingon then another clerk explained that they have been having a problem with drive offs which is understandable. My issue is wheninitially asked just be honest and say why you did it. if you're not going to follow your advertised policies then maybe youneed to change them. Read more
Women's bathroom was disgusting. Graffiti all over the stalls, and yes I am a bigger girl the regular stalls are to small for a... normal sized Oklahoma girl. They don't looked to be cleaned all day. The store itself just feels grimy. Read more
