You have a young man that works for you. That during his on duty work he twirls a toothpick in his mouth wareing his rubber... gloves and handeling customers food. I think that is very nasty and shame on management for allowing this to take place in thework atmosphere and that a customer has to bring it up to you. I should really report this to the health department. But youshould take care of this matter asap. Read more

I called to ask if i can order online and pick up at the window because i just had a c section. Painful to walk at the moment.... They said yes. I go and they told me I can?t get my order through the drive through ? They obviously don?t know how hard it isto carry a heavy carseat when i JUST had a c section. Also managers there really need to check their attitudes. Complainingthat customers complain all the time. Well maybe a reason to that is the nasty attitudes you guys have. One of the coworkerssaid ?if there is another online order after 8:30 i am just done.? Uhh i am sorry but if you hate your job, don?t complain andgo get yourself a new job. Simple. Whoever was manager on Sunday, August 14, needs to get fired. She is going to cause you guysso much money and bad ratings, seriously. Never coming here AGAIN. Read more

Awful service. I was attempting to order 2 famous bowls one without cheese and regular but was rushed to order. He only heard me... order one bowl and then said my total but I wasn't even done ordering. Then I told him I wasn't done and he said just pull up tothe window. He took my order at the window. He handed me my food and it wasn't right. Also the chicken was literally justcrumbs. And the bowl was full of gravy barely any potatoes. So I call up to the store and a woman answers and says I need tobring back the food and receipt to get a refund. Who in the world asks you to bring back food it's not like they can reuse it! Iwork in a restaurant I get it but that's just a way of you telling me you think I'm lying. And before I could finish the womanhung up on me. I won't be eating here again. I just went to Popeyes instead. Read more

I had the worst experience in the history of customer service at this location on 7/27/22! It escalated to me having to contact... corporate office! I waited in the drive through line which was wrapped around the building before I was told to order at thewindow. I get to the window about 10 minutes later and the cashier was rude and nonchalant. I was asked if I wanted original orextra crispy. I requested extra crispy. The cashier came back minutes later telling me they were out. There was no remorse oroffer to make a fresh batch. I then asked for original and was told to pull up and someone would be out with my order. I waitedseveral minutes for my order. Meanwhile, I saw other cars get their orders and pulling off. While I understand their orders mayhave been different than mines, there was no communication if they were making my order fresh to go. I waited several moreminutes and saw customers leaving out complaining about service and they wished me good luck. Shortly afterwards, I decided togo inside to request a refund. I observed an employee sitting in the dining room eating lunch. I walked over to the counter andasked to speak to a manager. I said "I'd like a refund". The manager non chalantly said"that's fine", took my receipt and slowlywalked away. She didn't offer no apology , ask why did I want a refund and didn't try to retain me as a customer. Someone fromdoor dash entered the store and the manager was kind to them . At that time I asked for a refund again and she asked for mycard. I asked was she going to process it right away? The manager reply was "if I asked for the card obviously I am ". I waslivid at that point! I asked how much longer will it take because by that time, I've wasted 40 minutes of my time. The managersaid I had to wait until all the cars cleared the drive thru before she could process my refund , cars was literally wrappedaround the building.
