Ordered on the app for delivery(7/31). The store called me 10 mins later saying they didn?t have any drivers so I could pick it... up or they could cancel it. I said I would pick it up and asked about the delivery fee and they said they would credit that. Icalled back to make sure about that since I was driving to pick it up and they assured me I wouldn?t be charged the fee. Ichecked my receipt they gave me and the fee was on that and with checking my account today it was not credited back to me. So bewarned if they call and say they have no drivers and you pick it up, you will still be charged almost $6 for picking up your ownfood. Read more
I dislike giving bad reviews, I really do. My diet is restricted, so my meals are important. The last time I went through the... drive through, I paid for a pickle that was not included in my to go bag. Today, I ordered an unwich add bacon. THERE WAS NOMEAT!!!! First things first, I love jimmy johns, I love the bread, the quality meat, and of course how fast they make them. But I must... say what needs to be said about this specific location. And, I say this with a heavy heart because I?ve worked in food beforeand I don?t like to bad mouth people, especially service employees, but tonight was the last straw. Many times in the past yearthat I?ve gone to this location, they have left things out that I ordered, given me the wrong items. I usually brush it offbecause accidents happen, but it seems to happen nearly every time I go here. And on this night, as I was ordering mine and mywife?s usual, the young lady kept cutting me off to read me the total cost even though I wasn?t finished ordering, and then whenwe got our food and went home we opened the bag to find our sandwiches warm like they had been sitting out for a while and thebread hard as a rock. One of my previous food jobs was in fact at jimmy johns so I am well aware that you are not supposed tolet bread sit too long, it is to be rotated and kept fresh all day. So all in all this was the cumulative result of poor serviceover the course of a year. I?m sorry if I sound like a Karen but I have my limits. Jimmy John?s is up there as one of my favorite Sub shops! I always know when I come here I?m going to get great quick service... and a yummy sandwich! My go-to every time is their ?Club Lulu? on wheat. Many people don?t know this but they have more thanjust one style of bread to choose from haha. Don?t forget the Kickin?
