Quite literally the only pizza I will eat l. We had Francos Pizza and Trattoria this afternoon. Preface: I mostly can?t stand... pizza. I typically avoid it all costs honestly. Food: super SUPER good- coming from someone who doesn?t like pizza AT ALL.Super melty artery blocking gooey delicious cheese. The crust on both pizzas were phenomenal. The crust on the cheese was a thincracker like delicacy ????????. Sauce, I believe, was fresh; super fresh tasting and not quite like any I?d had before. Hot,fresh, and prompt. Service: Our waitress especially was fantastic; sadly I didn?t get her name. The staff we interacted withwere all polite. I felt welcome. Everything was prompt ???????? Went in expecting a wait based on reviews. No big, was intentionally late to pick up. Had to order pickup from their website... since no one answered the phone after several tries. We wanted an order of meatballs (not on the menu) along with the supremedeep dish everyone's been raving about. After 15 mins of not being acknowledged by any staff, a girl from the back came to thecounter where 4 of us were waiting in the front area, all for pickup and she took care of two of the people already waiting.After I'd been there 25 mins I finally confirmed they received my note requesting the meatballs and I paid for them. I get beingbusy, that's no reason to be rude to customers. In the 45 mins I was there the front woman never said a word to me or the other4 people there for pickup, after determining I wasn't eating in. Probably the only way I'd try Franco's again is if we dined in,but it'll be a while before I return. For the price and hype I expected more flavor from the deep dish. But I was disappointedwith the pizzas. The meatballs were the best part. I put the extra sauce on my deep dish to make the pizza better. Props to thegirl who took care of the non dine-in customers. The pizza was delicious! Reminded me of home! Deep dish pizza in Chicago in Tulsa. It?s hard to find a place outside of Chicago... that makes pizza just as delicious. Quaint, authentic with very friendly and attentive staff. While we waited for our pizza, we started off with breaded mushrooms... and cheesy garlic bread both of these choices had great flavor. Our pizza we ordered is the meat lover's stuffed pizza. It wasvery tasty, They make their own sausage and it tastes great. Give yourself plenty of time when going to Franco's as they bakefrom scratch and the deep dish takes a while to cook!! It is worth your time to go to Franco's!! Read more

8/20/22 my wife and I enjoyed our lunch at Franco's Pizza & Trattoria. They have been open for almost a year and now they are... expanding by adding the store next door to the existing restaurant. They got very busy in just a few after they opened. Wereceived outstanding customer service but it was little bit slow as expected when it was a full house. We started with ricemixed with vegetables and meat then fried and covered with tomato sauce, the beef sandwich was delicious and much more than whatI can eat with half a slice of pizza. If you are used to the dollar menus type of pizza don't go there and complain about theprice because this is specialty type of pizza. Definitely will be back again. Read more

This is my new favorite Pizza in the Tulsa area. 1 The deep dish crust is crispy on the bottom, fluffy in the middle. 2.... In-house made Sausage. 3 The sauce 4 the huge amount of cheese 5 the Herbs oh the herbs Perfection. The best fried mushrooms intown. And oh those Canolis.... Franco?s is a small place filled with big flavor. Just wanted to try the place because it was rated pretty high. The pizza did... not let down. I really wanted to try the deep dish but ended up going for the thin crust because I couldn?t convince the familyto try it. The sauce was very flavorful that the aroma filled the car. It was absolutely the best pizza!! We had the stuffed pepperoni, and oh my was is stuffed!! We all had one slice and took the... rest of the pizza pie home because we were too full to eat anymore. I would say you definitely need to check out this lovelylittle place. I will be going back to try the hot Italian sandwich very soon!! Read more
