Crew all were attentive, pizza was great. Garlic parm twist were good but small portion.
This place had my car towed because I was parked there for a few hours while I went to a BA football game. There was no sign... stating no parking and it was a call -in location that looked like it was closed. I hope the manager of that place will know hecost me $327.95!! He could have put a note on my car to let me know? at least I was not parked in a high traffic area at thatlocation? 193rd and 61st.. Such a sad situation. I had placed an order through the app for delivery. Used the 20% offer since it was an online delivery... order. Unfortunately for me, the app chose a store that was outside of my delivery area. I was watching the pizza tracker andwas waiting for the notification that my pizza was on it's way. Then I saw that it was cancelled. I called the store and that'swhen I was told they were outside of my delivery area. They were going to call the local store and send my order over. All Iwould need to do is call them with my card information. I waited a few minutes to give the one store time to call the other.When I called in to give my card information for payment, I was asked to wait for the manager to get on the phone with me. Shethen proceeded to tell me that she would not honor the 20% off since I didn't place the order online. I told her that myoriginal order had been placed online and it was not my fault the Domino's app chose the wrong store to send my order to. I feltthat she should have honored by original order with the 20% off coupon. She then said that since it wasn't an online order shewouldn't be able to honor it. At that point I was frustrated because I should have already had my order if it had been thecorrect store. I get carry out. Only takes them 10-12minutes. Pies arent dry and skimpy either. Plenty of topping.
Closest one near us so it's been our go-to, but I'll gladly drive the extra few miles for one that actually cares for your order... and time. I ordered online 3 pizzas with 4 sauces, went to pick it up and there were 4 employees seemingly standing idly. Themanager approached the register and I told him I was picking up, he looks over the receipt and grabs only the pizza. Triedcalling a few times and no one would answer. If you want your money's worth, make sure you remind them of your purchase. Thepizza was surprisingly great this time, have had many troubles in the past with incorrect toppings, pizza being burnt or not cutthrough, and overall missing items. Read more
We use this Domino?s ALL the time. They?re fast and friendly, and it?s always delicious. Tonight I placed a carry out order.... When I got back home with it, I saw that one of the pizzas had had the wrong sauce on it. I called the store and explained whatwas going on. Alex was very quick and friendly in verifying my order and having it remade. Within 10 minutes I had a new hot,fresh and delicious pizza. Thanks, guys! Read more
extremely disappointed that I now must use the website or app to use a coupon. Went into your Broken arrow store on Houston to... order 2 large pizzas only to be told he could not take my order that I had to order the pizza online. It was pouring down rain,finally able to use the website to order only to find out that after 17 minutes that my order was ordered at another store onthe other end of town. Before covid I would order it all the time for my soccer referee's. I ordered these pizzas for a familywhose mother sent home today on hospice. Being forced to order online to use a coupon to rather disappointing, your competitorMazzio's allows customers to walk in, use coupons without being forced to order online.
