Ordered online for takeout and specified in-store pickup. Arrived a couple of minutes before my requested pickup time and saw... that the order was not on the shelf. I sat down to wait with another customer who was also waiting for a takeout order. Thestore was busy, so I made the mistake of assuming the orders were still being made. After ten minutes, I went to the counter tocheck on my order and the other customer did the same. Both of our orders had been placed at the drive-through window instead ofon the pickup shelf.
