Had a problem with one of the employees and asked to talk with the manager (Dino). He was also a jerk and very unprofessional.
We've had them deliver pizza twice to us and both times it was fresh and delicious.

i worked there for almost a year absolutely loved my job until they brought in a new manager who had to ask me how to take zip... ties off of something?. it was such a great store but under new management i unfortunately had to quit my job it become too muchof a mental health issue he enjoys telling his employees to do extra work and then proceeding to not do the work himself, aswell as telling employees they must purchase anything made in kitchen and then taking 5 cookies and a brownie unpaid for? mylast straw was when i got in trouble for not allowing him to put his own money in the drawer as i didn?t want rhe liability ofhim putting his own money into a corporation would not recommend in the week he?s been there the store has gone from #5 in ourdistrict to #12?. it used to be such a good store under the old store manager Read more
Told by unfriendly cashier that points are not redeemable on tobacco items. Said it wasnt popular to promote the use. Yet the... hypocrites sell it all day long. If I take the time to install their app, I should be able to redeem points on anything theypromote, by selling it in their store. Why should I waste my time filling out info on their dumb points system when they areapparently are only good on certain items? I guess I should read the fine print on store policy. This is literally the worst convenience store I've ever been to, on a very consistent basis. I deliberately go out of my way not... to go to this particular Casey's because of how little the staff seems to care. Although there do seem to be one or twoemployees who do care. There are 2 ladies that seem friendly and courteous. I've been told that I couldn't make purchases byone male employee because he was "finishing the count", which I could see was done in pencil, and could be been changed. I wasthe only customer in the store. They also close before the hours on the door say they should. It takes quite a bit for me toleave a bad review. But this is no longer a handful of isolated incidents. It's just bad every time. Read more
DO NOT GET GAS HERE. We just filled up this morning and there road sign advertised 2.86 a gal. I filled up and I was charged... 3.46 a gal. I talked to the manager and was told that I was using the wrong gas. Very disappointed and won?t fill up here again. Read more
