After the long day I had I ended the night here and got a few things. I needed something from the kitchen and without hesitation... Joe started a conversation. And then as I walked around the store grabbing random things Lynn started talking. To me this makesit a very welcoming, friendly environment and makes you comfortable to be at that store. Used summer of freedom rewards online, balance said 0 for online order, went into the store to get free prizes and was charged... $10, tried to talk to cashier but cashier was rude and wouldn?t try to fix the issue. Read more
Not the first time this has happened but I called to ask to see if they had something. A guy in the kitchen answered and said he... doesn't work in the front but to give him a minute and he would get someone to help. I waited for 17 minutes for someone to geton the phone but nothing I could hear the employees talking though. Finally I decided to walk up there and guess what theydidn't have what I was looking for. So Casey's needs to actually train their employees on what they carry and as well asanswering calls and helping the customers that are on the phone not just lay it down and wait for the person to get tired ofbeing on hold and hang up. Would give give a negative review if possible... for the chick working tonight 6/5/22 at 1 AM. You are rude and need some... training. I thought Brokwn Arrow was the better spot to be but the customer service is despicable these days here. Expecting acall from the manager since the girl said there was 'no manager tonight'. I really like Casey's and their pizza is pretty good but I ordered a "breaded pork sandwich" through a mobile order and was... handed a ham and cheese sub. After getting one maybe a month ago, showing the dude the picture of the sandwich I wanted on theapp, and seeing it on the menu above his head told me he didn't have anything like that and gave me the sub. Visited there for my daughter's high school graduation at BA High School. I always have coffee in the mornings but I didn't have... access, so I visited this site... lady behind the counter, saw me enter....ok cool. Guy came in right after, she greeted himcheerfully. I guess I was invisible. But the coffee was good tho.. Read more
I was visiting the area for the holidays and decided to get some buffalo wings. What I got were NOT buffalo wings. The staff... were very polite and up front that they received these new wings with dipping sauce. The only reason I'm g up going it 3 starsis because they were honest and informed me if the change and i don't know if it was there fault or corporate changed it. Butjust letting you know. The wings are just breaded legs and wings now. Abd are horrible. Read more
Rude employees. The women only want to be friendly to men that go in. You call to ask if they have an item and can't just say... yes or no. If you don't want to deal with people don't get into customer service! Read more
