I ordered a Jamocha shake to get a vanilla shake with legit no jamocha flavoring in it? what a waste of $5 *update* they... reached out to me claiming to want to ?fix? the problem, when I responded to the email i got nothing back? don?t email meclaiming you want to fix the problem and then when I respond just never get back to me. Newly remodeled. Very clean. Enjoyed the Cajun Fish Wrap sandwich, curly fries and a tea.

My daughter loves the curly fries, roast beef sandwich, and apple turnovers. We both enjoyed my chocolate shake. And my chicken... wrap was so good. It's nice to have an option of fast food that isn't burgers and chicken tenders. And we love Arby's sauce! Read more
Normally I would not leave a review for a chain restaurant such as Arby's unless the service was much less than desirable or... beyond exceptional. This is a case beyond exceptional. Right away I noticed that it has been updated, and is very clean. Thereason I'm actually writing this review is because when I walked in the door, I immediately noticed a gentleman at the registerwho has special needs. Anytime I walk into a business who has special needs friends on the front line doing a job, i immediatelygained tremendous amounts of respect for that business, and I go straight to the line of my new special needs friend. It'struly makes my heart Happy when businesses see value and other humans that other people may push aside. I have been involvedwith special Olympics in the past as well as worked with several autistic students as I am a music teacher and I am here to tellyou that lots of our special needs friends are some of the very neediest and remarkable people you could ever meet.
