We pulled up to the 2nd window in the drive-through and then were told to reverse back to the 1st to pay ? we then were advised... once we got back to the 2nd window again ? that the grill wasn?t hot enough to cook a burger and it would be 2-3 minutes. Wellabout 10 minutes later, we went in and were then told that the grill wasn?t working. No offer of anything, but attitude.Terrible customer service! Food was fine same as any Wendy's. The service was slow and the restaurant was very dirty.
