Been coming in this particular store for many years usually just to get a coffee but sometimes some food too. And I've seen this... store go through so much. They were once stable and good at handling the line ups. Because they had the staff but what people DONOT think about is that these people ar low staffed because there was a 2 year long pandemic that affected the entire world andwe're still recovering from it. I've only ever had an issue once and I don't blame them, things happen. But overall they'vealways been so kind to me and I've even been complimented on multiple occasions. As someone who also works in fast food here,I'm saying keep up the good work. People do see that your trying your best. ???? Read more

Strangest experience. 20 minutes wait time for a coffee that comes cold. we ask whether it is normal. Answer: yes, Americano is... a strange mixture of coffee and water so it is normal that it comes likewarm. We asked to change our cold Americano for a hotone but no... Slow moving drive thru, didn't have the donut I ordered off the app, paid extra for my BELT to be on a croissant and the... toppings didn't cover the entire sandwich. The staff were pleasant, nice, and apologetic for not having my donut. Read more
Waited in line for over 10 minutes the staff completely ignored the line going as far as avoiding eye contact. Prioritizing the... drive thru and not helping the line of 10+ hungry costumers. After I got fed up and spoke up about it I was met with blankstares from the workers who went back to ignoring us. Completely disrespectful I would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't go here if you need a quick coffee fix... Walked in as the drive-thru had 10 vehicles, waited 15 minutes and still not... served, so we left. The next time we tried the drive-thru, ordered 2 coffee's only, a simple order, and thought the drive-thruwas quicker until we got to the wicket and had to wait for the employee to finish her story about her friends new job, beforeshe gave us our coffee's. Bad logistics and consequently inconsistent wait times. They'll always be serving one line for a decent period of time while... putting the other one entirely on hold, they also skew towards serving the drive thru people a lot better it seems. To beultimately efficient, you'd take the ratio of cars to people waiting and serve at that ratio. You'd also seperate the people whowant a drink that takes like 5 seconds to make from the people who came for their dinner. Read more
I of course love Tim Horton's....Who doesn't. The only issue I have with this Timmy's in particular is that they close at 2:00... for the restaurant it self. Drive threw still open but no walk up orders taken or served. From what I have seen, many TimHortons in Brockville do this now and I have no clue why. The only reason that I can think of changing is the amount of homelesspeople we now have and maybe it is to stop the "over use without purchase" but I am not an expert. So if you plan to stop in, onfoot,to have a coffee or muffin, careful, if it is after 2:00 in the afternoon have a back up plan. That being said, the food iswonderful, and usually very fast to get, although sometimes you try to get some sort of sandwich, and they are out of theparticular meat, ie; many times out of crispy chicken, and you have to choose something else.
