Friendly staff, spacious location with a lot of seating. Wish there were some vegan bakery options though!

The experience I had at this Starbucks on September 3rd 2022 was incredible. The tall blonde lady with glasses whose name I... don?t remember was truly incredible. The dine in option was closed and drive thru was open, my friend had dropped me off andwent to get gas for her vehicle and there I stood with the interior being closed and no car. The store manager asked if I had aquestion and when she saw my sadness, she immediately told me to come on in and she would take my order. This location and themanager went above and beyond and got my drink absolutely perfect!! I was having a horrendous day and just her simple act ofkindness made it special for me. Caitlyn & Tom were both very friendly & helpful. I don't do Starbucks very often but this one was a very positive experience!

Placed mobile order for pickup via drive thru. After waiting about 5 mins at the window was told by a staff member that I... should wait at least 10 mins before coming to pickup a mobile order. So it's my fault you are slow at filling orders?? Howwould it be any different if I just placed my order AT the drive thru and then pulled up to the window? All that should havebeen said was "Sorry for the wait sir.". Staff should not have tried to make the wait my fault. Not sure why most locations only have a single restroom open. We were told that we can only get our sandwich heated up so hot... that you cant eat it by a real snotty teenager . Read more

Time for an update on my original poor review. This Starbucks has turned things around. Friendly service, hot drink that are... made as ordered. I am now a regular customer since these changes and would recommend them if your driving by or throughBrockville and looking for a hot or cold beverage! Read more

Staff are great, very friendly! The barrista's need to be trained on how to make a proper Match Tea Latte without there being... lumps in your cup as you're nearing the end. It's happened everytime I get one, and it's my favourite. Love the staff, just moretraining needed. Read more
