Wife loved her ice cream, my hamburger was good but the fries were too salty
The staff here is SO amazing! They had a line in drive thru and inside but they didn't seem stressed and got everyone taken... care if in a timely manner with great attitudes. Hope their manager appreciates them. The burgers were good, loved the onionrings and I do not regret trying the Hot Coco and oreo blizzard. Thanks for a great experience!!!???? Read more
I go frequently and buy a Turtle's blizzard and today my Turtles blizzard had no pecans. Seems like it was a Rolo? I took it... back up and the girl who made it said unless you ask for pecans separately that's what you get .First time for this. I acceptedher explanation not wanting to dispute it but the menu doesn't state that and it was even more annoying to go back to my tableand listen to her telling her coworker that I was a whiner. May have to find somewhere else to spend my money. Read more
Staff are "Peachy". We all know and go to Dairy Queen for what it is so this review and 1 star rating is for the mistakes made... in hiring here in Brockville. I presume this is where the ill-mannered high school bebe's go when they are turned downeverywhere else within a 50km radius for summer employment? Anyhow enjoy your ice cream here but don't expect quality service.???? * Anyone who knows my reviews knows that service has to be pretty low level for anything less then 4 stars * We won't beback at this location again, went almost daily for 3 weeks straight after work for a cold drink. 6 bucks a day 20 days a monththis hundred and twenty bucks will be happy elsewhere. We stopped in Brockville for some icecream on a road trip and the young girl working the pick up window offered my dogs some ice... cream too - and they loved it! The ice cream and blizzards were awesome. Service was quick and friendly and to the girl workingthe window - Thank you for making our experience at Brockville's Dairy Queen amazing and one we won't forget! 7:00pm(ish) onJune 30th was when we went threw. Both of the washrooms have signs on the front door warning of electronic monitoring. I found this incredibly concerning. First... of all, any surveillance in a workplace, by common-law, must be restricted to video and not audio. Second of all any filming ina washroom is a major breach of privacy of each customer. Third if this business believes they have avoided any criminal orcivil liability by posting a sign, there is the issue that not everyone will be able to read, or read English. The fourth andmost important point is that children use this washroom. Disgusted by this, even if used as a deterrent and no actualmonitoring is used, the franchisee has put their business into some serious hot water. Read more
I haven't had DQ for years and was really looking forward to it. It was terrible. We ordered chicken fingers with onion rings... and a mushroom triple burger, also with onion rings. The half order of onion rings that we did receive were undercooked andclearly sat under a heatlamp for hours. They forgot an order of onion rings and forgot the dipping sauce. After $30.69, Irequested a receipt... 3 times. It was all disgusting. Read more
