I took my sister here for lunch. She had never been and it was excellent. We both had the spicy chicken bowl and all the... ingredients were fresh and flavourful. Our server, Jemana, was lovely and paid attention to detail and even let me taste the new?bang, bang? sauce before committing to it. Her manager Vicky was lovely and kind as we watched her support Jemana who was justlearning front of store. The young man who was working was also very pleasant and patient as there were two little girls aheadof us who asked a lot of questions. He as great with them. Will definitely return! I got two burritos, the staff was alright, not very personable and very very skimpy, the cost was absolutely insane. I thought I... was gonna have to pick up extra hours at work to cover the cost. I took them home, super excited to eat my million dollarburrito, I take a bite, it was one of the most atrocious things I?ve ever tasted. I thought it may be just the first bite but asI kept eating, the worse it got, there was next to no meat, there was more lettuce than anything, I forgot I ordered a burritoand not a salad. At the end, I was pretty well eating the cow and just that. I became repulsed. I couldn?t finish it. I thenthrew the rest out because I knew it was going to sit in my fridge until garbage day if I tried to save it. As I went to finishmy show, my stomach started absolutely grumbling. I had SECONDS to make it to the bathroom. Mind you, I have NEVER gotten upsettumtum from a burrito. This burrito was an absolute mess. I had to shower after, I felt filthy. Absolute garbage, new owners are super cheap we got two large burritos with crispy chicken. They gave so little chicken 4 tiny... pieces. When asked they said it was the new owners policy. I used to go a lot but I?ll never go again, hope saving money on thechicken was worth the review. Also couldn?t actually eat the burrito as it was just sauce and lettuce. Read more
I got the burrito bowl, tasty but it was an incredibly small portion. I usually ask for less rice but this time I didn't...good... thing or I would have had none. I literally had 2 teaspoons of rice and another 2 teaspoons of beans, it didn't even cover thebottom of the bowl. I was actually going to ask the server if she was joking. Very sparse on the additional toppings as well, Iget it loaded and most Bar burrito locations have to press the lid into the top of the food, this bowl was just over half full!I understand prices have gone up but I'd rather they raised the price instead of skimping on the toppings. Absolutely love the food. I don?t work too far from the restaurant so my boss and I ordered our lunch here. I?ve never eaten... here before but will have to come back again. The manager, I think went out of his way to deliver us our sour cream that wasforgotten. He offered to make us new food but honestly we didn?t need new food. The food was really good. Decided to order through their website, instead of through skip the dishes... Mistake... The website doesn't work properly, it... doesn't let you leave a tip!! And then the tracking ends up being through doordash??? Guess it'll be skip the dishes next timeat least the food would get here hot. Got a text at 6:19 saying that my food was going to arrive at 6:10? Here I sit at 6:27 andit's still not here.... Said would be ready for pickup at 6:02. Read more
