Extremely slow drive through service, half the order was missing in the bag -good thing I checked before leaving - the clerk... asked me if I would like to receive the items missing from my order? um, yes I paid for them, it?s part of the order. I like that it's open 24/7, but... My burger was literally dripping in grease. I had to pay it dry. My girlfriend's was worse -... a pool of grease in the bottom of the burger pouch thing. Needless to say, she threw it out. Not worth over $30 for two burgercombos. Note: I will remove this review once it is acknowledged by management. We have stopped here a few times. Each and every time, the wait is ridiculous. Tonight from the time we stepped in the store... until we left with our take out order, took 40 minutes. 25 minutes of that was waiting for our food. It?s unacceptable for a?fast food? joint. I can understand a delay on a Friday, and because it?s ?fresh? but had I known it was going to take thislong, I would have spent the money at a sit down restaurant. On top of that, the price for the quality of food was not worth it.The burgera were dry. The fries tasted old, and onion rings and fries were way to salty. Read more
Worst place and experience ever! Was there 10am June 25 while in town for the tall ship festival. No clean table to be found... while one staff member was just leaning up against the counter twiddling her thumbs. Hard working or hardly working? We clearedour own table. Paid for 2 classic breakfast with white bread and eggs over-easy. They were out of white bread. It was servedwith no cutlery. One meal was easy-over, the other was got hard-over, it was served cold, one had burnt toast while the otherwas hardly toasted at all with a great big glob of butter in the center, which of course I couldnt spread with the lack ofcutlery. The bacon strips were more like bacon bits, they forgot the hashbrowns, and when we walked out finally over 30 minafter ordering, we still had not even gotten a cup of coffee. They must have still been picking the beans. Also witnessedanother man who walked out after waiting 20 minutes for 2 pieces of toast only to be told when he asked that they would just nowput it on for him now. Seriously if your staff cant cook and egg right nor make toast, please train them before you put themout there. If you don't have the staff and/or supply needed to open and function properly, don't bother opening at all. Thisplace is a disaster and looks really bad on the brand. Terrible management. Employees are not trained properly and the wait for fast food at this location ALWAYS takes longer than... necessary. We waited almost an hour on multiple occasions. Food has been cold almost every single time I've eaten here with myfamily ? sad to say we won't be back. Read more
