Standing in there for good 15mins and no one came to take my order even when there was no costumer waiting for their orders, no... one even asked that i should wait coz they were busy which they weren't and just flirting with people who sat in there withoutan intent to order or something... one star ain't good enough for these clowns just saying... So I literally just left this location. I ordered a big Mac meal size large, pay for it then go to the 2nd window and I'm handed... a regular sized drink and a big Mac meal with a large fry. I didn't think it was a big deal so I told the cashier that I theygot the drink size wrong, she replied "oh but you didn't get charged for it" I said oh ok and was about to drive off until Ilooked at my receipt and I indeed got charged for it, so I knock on the window and the girl gives me a unfavorable look and cameto the window and I told her I did pay for the large drink and she repeated 3 times no you didnt you weren't charged for it, butwouldn't even look at my receipt one time. After a lil back n forth she gave me my large drink full of ice filled 3 quarters.She was acting like by giving me something I paid for was coming out of her check. She needs to find a new job and this locationneeds to do a staff check. Something that shouldve simply been corrected turned into a bad experience. I've lived on the East Side for about 17 years now, and for as long as I can remember, this McDonald's has ALWAYS had pretty... much the worst service, period. There's usually 9+ staff members in there, but it takes 15+minutes to make a Medium Fry and aShake? ???? Read more
Decent food some staff are excellent others are miserable. I get that it might not be the most glamorous job but if you hate... people as much as some of these people you absolutely shouldn't work at a fast food joint. I was here today to eat my lunch while it looked like there was a hiring event for and manager conference going on. You would... think with a table full of 10 managers in the building that they would pump out something besides ice cold soggy fries. Well nottoday that is well I'm sitting here eating a woman who identified herself as a store manager put on the phone hiding behind apartition in the wall cannot be seen having a very vulgar conversation. Went to the drive-thru to get a happy meal and was told to drive around to the front of the store because they had no fries.... Then was given an attitude by the girl who brought it out to me. Will never go to this McDonald's ever again. Read more

There's something very strange about McDonald's locations that close well before their posted times. According to the door and... according to the app this place closes their dining room at 10:00 p.m. I order to head through the app for a pickup inside butwhen I went to the door it was locked. I tried another door and it was locked as well. It is only about 9:30. I've seen a lot ofMcDonald's do this and I honestly don't understand it. I don't know if it's a left over COVID excuse thing or if it's justlaziness and or poor management. Read more
